My new favorite?! For how long though?? #lovebites #love #performance #live #reaction #break #wall #guitar #metal #music #solo #rock #shredder Live Video: • LOVEBITES - Break The ...
Miyako is playing a Gibson R9 (59 Reissue) Les Paul. She just picked up a PRS Custom 24 w/a Floyd Rose for some work on their upcoming album by the way.
I’m in Iowa myself and I’ve got my tickets and am making the road trip to see these amazing ladies in Dallas in September! They’re worth the trip no doubt about it. First time in the USA and I’m not missing out!
Miyako showing how you don't have to shred to wring everything out of a guitar. With Midori's insane chaos, it's the best pair of solos I've heard in one song.
When it comes to touring, they are testing the waters here. Babymetal did the same thing during their first US tour, when they land very small venues. If we get enough people to these four LoveBites shows (they are the headline act for the festival in Atlanta), they’ll see how much they are liked here and will play more dates. I’m lucky to be in California to make it to SF to see them, but I’m also from Nebraska, so I’d love to see them in the Midwest, but I’d also fly to see them! Also, you won’t see many subtitles for their songs, because all but one of their songs are completely sung in English.
Miyako is playing one of her Gibson Les Paul’s, she has a lot of Gibson’s , she also has an Explorer, Futura, and a $9000 Dollar Korina Flying V 1957 reissue, she’s a Gibson collector.
I’m so pumped. I bought my tickets yesterday! Two shows. If you don’t know Gary Moore, your homework assignment is to listen to: - DEDICATION, the THIN LIZZY best of collection - STILL GOT THE BLUES (the album)

I think this was the first song I recommend in a short list. If you love the shredding, now you gotta see Winds of Transylvania. The VLADLOVE version is awesome but then you must watch the live version to see what you didn’t realize you missed hearing As a player you need to check out a solo video of Fami’s before she joined the band called “Alien alien cover Fami “ Enjoy!! 🤘😎🤘
Thanks for more LOVEBITES. You are quite good at listening. I also enjoy transitions, which you acknowledged. However, you don't watch very well. Examples, you didn't notice the audience in "Set The World On Fire". You didn't notice that Midori, Miho & Miyako were singing the chant DIE BY MY SIDE together with the audience. You have great enthusiasm, but you miss alot because LOVEBITES are 5 musicians that require attentiveness to HEAR & SEE what they play, every member's parts flawlessly interwoven to an ensemble 'whole'. One reason audiences don't "mosh" is because they are intently watching the band members instead. I appreciate that you 'backup' to hear full solos & transitions (sometimes) but you will miss, especially transitions, if not watching intently & listening simultaneously. The excellent stereo-mix with drums spread & guitars panned really help with clarity. I don't know enough about Spotify to know if people 'watch' there or just listen. LOVEBITES is awesome to listen to, but a fuller appreciation is gained (imo) when also seeing who, what, when. All this in the interest of improving your LOVEBITES experience, as well as your 'reaction' content. As for 'meaning' in this song from Miho, the lyrics are quite vivid, while how the music fits, I hear ... Midori's first segment up to 'divebomb' is the destruction "the wall" the lyrics refer to. A personal, similar "wall" Miho writes of in "Don't Bite The Dust": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oHnKGEj1CMc.html Midori then steps forward to revel in her victory & freedom to a celebratory-climax. Transitioning to the serenity of that freedom, a new 'foundation' also by Midori, enhanced by Miho's brief bass 'feature' to bring in Miyako's soulful emotional solo, then transitioning with homage to Jon Lord's B3 pumping back up to original beginning. btw, possibly LOVEBITES 'heaviest' and 'most serene' in the same song (?) Anyway, that's how I have heard/seen it from first watch, an upload back in 2020 with lyrics embedded. All simply 'in my opinion' of course... Something to just listen to, 'cause no LIVE or MV but more 'prog' than most & with [cc] lyrics added: "Paranoia > Dystopia Symphony" audio 2021: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yu0NwiC18y0.html 🐺 dreg👁

'Break the Wall' is thrash metal and this song should (without fail) be forced to watch those who claim that the main influence on LOVEBITES was DRANGONFORCE 🤭. 'Break the Wall' - this is the influence of METALLICA and GARY MOORE !!! When you checked 'Set the World on Fire', you were very inattentive. 🤔 At the LOVEBITES concerts during the 'Ride for Vengeance Tour -2021', there were spectators! Including at the concert (March 26, 2021) which you checked. The camera showed the auditorium and spectators many times.🤗 'Ride for Vengeance Tour' LOVEBITES (March-April 2021) was held with mandatory anti-COVID safety measures: the hall was not completely filled (the number of spectators was limited, many who wanted to attend the concert were unable to buy tickets) maintaining social distance between people, spectators must remain in their places, everyone is wearing masks, it is forbidden to express your emotions loudly (shouting, singing), only applause, disinfection (hands), etc., etc. are allowed. The concert, a fragment of which you just watched (the song 'Break the Wal') took place on February 21, 2020. It took place as part of the 'Electric Pentagram Tour -2020'. The Tour was in support of LOVEBITES' third Studio Album, "Electric Pentagram" (released January 29, 2020). Due to the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic had already begun in Japan, those concerts of this Tour that were supposed to take place in March and April 2020 were cancelled.
The drummer in the intro is better than Twisted!!!!! I think I mentioned this here before. I just came from another reactor reacting to Lovebites. He paused so many dam times to say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I could barely watch the reaction. Twisted on the other hand, when he pauses, and he pauses a lot too, at least what he says is interesting or relevant. The first dude is wrongly commenting on everyone wearing shoes in the video and the last video, one of them didn't. That was two pauses to commenting on something that was wrong. A bunch of obvious observations a blind man could see. "Wow, they wear white a lot." Then a pause to tell us he was trying to think of something to say. Then a pause to say the meaningless thing he thought of. He rarely says much about the music when he pauses and when he did it was like, "look how fast her fingers are." Or, "the drummers legs must get really tired." How is this the least bit entertaining to anyone? For God sakes, when you pause say something interesting! Just my rant of the day.
Power thrash bro. Lovebites was harder than their soft look. Next, Above The Black Sea, Under The Red Sky, Addicted, Raise Some Hell, Shadowmaker .. more crazy riff up and shred. Great reaction friend👍
""LOVEBITES Haruna all 4' 9"of her giving her drum kit what for, drum cam "Raise Some Hell" DRUM VIDEO ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9Rpb1WCayIs.html"
To me this certainly has vibes of Slayer. The melodic guitar solo of Miyako is Gary Moore inspired. You probably know him. If not, check out Gary Moore The Loner.
I love how this song just punches you in the face from the beginning and grabs you by the nuts. Then Miyako comes in with the soulful solo that if that doesn't hit you in the feels, you are not human. And just when you think it's safe, they come back and start punching you in the face all over again. It doesn't get more metal than that. For an epic guitar clinic (which all their songs seem to have), give Scream for Me (live) a spin. M&M go off with trade offs!!
I love LoveBites and consider Miyako one of the greatest composers of her generation, but can we please stop with these hyperbolic comparisons. Guys like Dave Lombardo, Alex Skolnick, Cliff Burton, Rocky George and Marty Friedman were revolutionary in metal music in their own right, and like it or not, their legacies live on in current music. Btw, that's not a bad thing, it's not some zero sun competition where one has to suck for the other to be good. In fact it's actually a complement to LoveBites because they take an old school listener back to what made them fall in love with thrash in the first place. It's all one big happy metal family.🤘
@@BulletProofSoul1029 Certainly. I rank it as up there with the best of them, and it is my favorite bar none, but my comment was never meaning to demean any aforementioned classics in the genre. My subjective opinion and that's all I meant. I love Lovebites,. They are keeping the torch for those that came before, and like you say, it's great that we can say they can stand right beside some or many of them.
@@BulletProofSoul1029 Yeah same! We are all one happy(and lucky!) metal fandom! I also agree with the sentiment in your original comment by the way, too, and realized I may have slightly overstated my appreciation of this song haha.
Unfortunately, LOVEBITES may not be coming to Iowa, but one huge Japanese group just announced they are, and that's Babymetal! No idea if you know them, are a fan or not, but they put on a great show with the best musicians the Japanese Yen can buy! Tickets go on sale Friday morning.
I think this is the best audio/video of that song currently on u2b, "Soldier Stands Solitarily" LIVE 2023: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AvfQPeaKwXo.html harupi360 mix, but all instruments & vocal are clearly audible video slightly less hazy & slightly sharpened. Can't fix occasional pixelation. 🐺 dreg👁
Just subbed to your channel bro 👍!!!! A few suggestions for you from Lovebites; Soldier Stands Solitarily, Judgement Day, Dissonance, Dystopia Symphony, Paranoia, Wicked Witch, Liar, Nameless Warrior (live performance), Hammer of Wrath, Swan Song (from same show as Break the Wall with the Chopin intro), and Frozen Serenade. And this is still just barely scratching the surface!!!! GR8 reaction!!!!🇯🇵🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵🎤🎸🎸🎸🥁🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵 LOVEBITES RULES!!!!!
A lot of slayer-Metallica vibes with this one. Also, one of my favorite songs. At 16:58 is that Iced Earth I am hearing? Another one of my favorite bands.
You want vampires and a total freak? You couldn't have found better Lovebites - Wind of Transylwania ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qd_qop5j1bs.html (live) , ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HsE4Ub_Pjh8.html (MV) - do it first.
so far their US tour includes Atlanta (Sold Out) Prog Power-Currently on sale Dallas Los Angeles,San Francisco for me they need to come to Seattle or Portland better yet Olympia the capital
lol Dude do you really think Miyako would have an Epiphone on stage of course it is a Gibson and a very very nice one at that not that there's anything wrong with Epiphones just at her level come on lol ;)
Hello greetings. It's curious, he doesn't mention Asami at any point, it's as if he didn't exist, he even goes so far as to talk about the band's interaction with the audience, mentioning Miyako and excluding Asami. Does the girl sing so badly, is she so ugly, does she get along so poorly with her classmates? It is difficult for me to understand this indifference, I believe that musical groups are made up of each and every one of their members.
Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES.😃 That's a great analysis and impression.👍👍👍👍👍 Thank you for your continued support of LOVEBITES.🙏 [VENUEThe Echo] September 10, 2024 - LA, USA (LA venue gets upgrade)🆕🎁
