6:38 ken is really a master of low notes. while everyone is giving out such strong vocals, pouring out all of their energy and emotions, it amazes me how calm ken is in that shot, very collected, his vocals are steady. he knows his part well. amazing!
This is my favorite ballad song that showcases their excellent vocals. That base by Ken was lingering with ease. Each one stands out in a different way but together is like an explosion that you don't want to end. Love your reaction, new sub here.
What a touching song. Beautiful harmonies & changing the lead & instrumentation! Sounded like a profession of love that maybe isn’t returned? Stellar performance!
The one who did the low note is Ken. He has a solo song titled Palayo and he used his real name Felip. He write, choreographed and produced the music and MV. Thanks for this reaction! 😊💙💙💙💙💙
@@JacobRestituto Indeed and his voice is seldom being appreciated due to being so low. I look forward to your reaction to his Palayo solo MV. 😊 Thank you!
I really Enjoyed watching your reaction, specially on #SB19,.it is educational and learning experience as well,we got to enjoy and appreciate #SB19 the more...More power!
This is what OPM (Original Pinoy/Pilipino Music) was and is. We grew up with classical ballad music that are endless and are the training ground songs of great singers we have. We are proud ever that finally it is out shared into the global scene as theyre infused with PPOP music and of course the likes of Morissette Amon and others. Now is the the time for the great talents of the Philippines to be marketed and accepted globally as they deserve it🇵🇭❤️
I'm not a fan of ballads tbh but reactions like yours make me appreciate the strong more. Plus the song really grew on me as I kept listening to it over and over again. Thanks for this informative RV. I didn't know about Catholic chords before. Really makes more sense now.
Tilaluha is SB19's debut song. The time the song was released, it's sad that not many people showed interest to it. This underrated song deserves more praise.
Every time they sing their ballad songs in live I always feel emotional and sometimes I’ll cry so hard because you really feel their emotions. And my most fave of all their songs are their ballad songs are timeless. Thank you Jacob! 💙💙💙
Wow I never really paid that much attention to the accompanying instruments. Now I can hear them clearly thanks to you. Makes me appreciate the song even more.
this is the very reason i lean towards watching reactions from musicians/vocal coaches/music producers because you get to understand and appreciate the song more as they dissect each section of the song or how a sound/harmony is achieved. thank you so much for this RV.
they have another new song Nyebe that they sang on their OZONE concert that also has that "church" or "worship" sound. I hope they do perform it again.
The arrangement is definitely grandiose the strings made its sounds so elegant and classic. Their voices were so strong yet gentle. What else can we say from a country whose been influenced by the Spaniards. Kudos to the composer and musical arranger.
It’s nice watching your reaction just cause I get to see from a musican’s perspective and i get to notice things that I usually overlook like how the instrumentals were & how it is cohesive with their voices & harmonies
I think this would fall in the genre of Filipino “kundiman” or love song. Interesting observation that it has the classic amen chord-the Phil is 85% Catholic.
