This is still one of my favorites ❤️ You could do a couple more of his The Singer performances, I think they are still some of his best (Unforgettable Day, Autumn Strong, Daididau, Confessa/Diva Dance). A more recent one I'm sure you'll absolutely love is "Love is Like a Dream" (the one from April last year, it's on his channel). You have so many amazing performances ahead of you 😊

I dont know where to start talk about this world fenomen Dimash is. Last year i´ve followed this tremendous beauties of Dimash. So honest, so storytelling every time he ´s on stage. I do engage and love this interaction of you react on Dimash, Nina. He´s the most complete singer in every class all over the world in my option. This all performance of dimash is just amazed dazzling and i´ve heard near all of hes songs hundred and hundred of times and every time i do hear and fells new sounds and hes technique just developing from time to time. Wow! he´s still young, i cant wait to hear him about 10-15 years from now, delivering sounds for angels in other galaxies to :-)

My favorite, too. Dimash doesn't do bad performances, and he has a great many videos here on RU-vid which amaze, but this one is one of the most beautiful songs ever written, and he smashes us with 3 hugely different techniques, all of them incredible. I had never before heard breathy vocal fry like Dimash does in this song, let alone imagined that it could sound so good. The song is a master class showing us just how limited traditional pop is, and how to break those limits.

Dimash plays 7 instruments WELL; sings in 12 languages; speaks Russian and Kazakh; is studying Chinese and English; just had his first U.S. concert at the sold-put Barclays Center in New York. Attendees were from 47 different countries. He’s SO talented and accomplished; yet so very humble. ❤️❤️❤️

He speaks his native language of Kazakhstan, just below Russia, and Russian, and is studing Chinese, Frence and English as I understand it, and sings in about 4 or 5 more, very unique and of a humble spirit. And besides piano, I believe he plays 2 or 3 more instruments.

His mastery of languages is impressive, even if imperfect. The most important is the meaning and the emotion that accompanies it, then the vowels that are PERFECT 90% of the time (at least in French and English), and last of all the consonants. He switches registers and vocal timbres so easily, and yet he keeps the vowels consistent throughout. That is the maybe the most impressive aspect of his ability.

Nina, it is lovely to hear you react to Dimash ... but here is a gift for you. I am a Canadian, and if you do not know we have the extreme honour of having two of the queens of music from our country, one is Celine Dion ( love that womans voice ) and the other is Laura Fabian ( whom I also love to listen to ). Laura if you did not know did the original version of Adagio, I would not say to react ( I would not pretend to tell you what to do ) but listen to the song for your own enjoyment. Thanks Nina for some great Analysis for me that was always one of his most Powerful Performances. Dimash always if you notice goes into the Character of the song and 5 seconds after turns back to the Shy Humble Guy. Every song is different he always has complex vocal acrobatics. Be waiting for the next one if you need the best HD video's just ask I seen them all hundreds of times or more :)

You have a long road of Dimash ahead of you. Personally, I believe he's historically the greatest singer ever. Whenever you may get to these 3 songs, it would be best to go to Gloria Wu's channel for their background stories; "Daybreak", "Autumn Strong" and "Daididau". BTW, he plays about 6 instruments.

I'd stick with the SInger 2017 performances before you go to newer material; it gives you a chance to see him at his bombastic best and then follow his maturation process. Great reaction! Look forward to more.

So, this song was crucial in his competition, he was falling out of favor a bit after a rather tepid Bruno Mars song, and he's pretty literally begging the audience to vote on him and keep him going. Very Meta moment going on.

The infamous fancam version of"Ogni Pietra" (Olimpico) has absolutely horrid audio and video quality. There are many professional recordings of this song available on RU-vid. One of the best for professional reactions is the one at the 2019 New Wave event. If you want to compare & contrast, Il Divo did a great version of Adagio, which is pretty powerful & I absolutely love, but it's nowhere near on the same scale as this! Can you pls react to Ogni Pietra, which again shows off his lower chest voice, and is one the songs from his great collaboration with composer Igor Krutoy. (Ps- if you want something completely different to react to - have you heard any BTS songs?! I can recommend "The Truth Untold", with the English subtitles, based on an Italian story about the legend of the smeraldo flower - it's lovely & emotional :)

Hi Nina! Great reaction ! Dimash is a real interpret...he gives his all on stage every time! This performance is a cover of Lara Fabian’s song. She’s a singer-songwriter and performer who debuted in the 90s. She’s huge in Europe, as well as in Canada and in Brazil but very underrated in the US Besides being one of the best technical vocalists of all time, she’s also an insane performer... React to Korean singer Soyhang! She is one of the best singers and I think you would enjoy listening to her! Some performances I recommend: "Bridge Over Troubled Water" "Arirang Alone" and "Everyone" and there are many more!
