Each unit song is done in a way that we didn't expect but made perfect sense once we heard it! 3racha and Taste are my favorite songs on the album but Maxident is a no-skip album.
I'm still technically a baby stay (new to the fandom,) but even after 8 months, I'm still dumbfounded by their work. They recently performed with Tiger JK, and it was amazing to see them with one of their idols.
Yes!! Love it. Please react to Heyday by Stray Kids (it’s 3 Racha unit, released a few months ago). If you love this, prepare to be taken to another level
Each of the unit songs was written by that specific unit, too! Makes it even better tbh. I can’t wait for the reactions from the rest of the album! Can y’all also react to Xdinary Heroes? They just made a year old, but I think y’all would like them!
@@lifeofmorganp I'm so glad i could help!!!! It's honestly one of my favorites of their reactions. 😂 I go back to rewatch it every now and again. Enjoy!! 🫶🏻
I was waiting for this reaction!! “While they’re complaining we’re producing” I love this line. Congrats to Stray kids for winning Album of the year at Asia Artist Awards🏆
Wanna also explain when han said "tiki-taka for years" he means like in a football team. Tiki-taka is a style of play in Spain's football, characterised by short passing and movement, working the ball through various channels, and maintening possession. So here they basically compare their rap trio to sport and i just find that very creative. Chan said as well he was inspired by the drill australian group ONEFOUR for his line "one for all and all for one". Btw Chan is 25yo (oldest of the group), Changbin is 23yo and Han is 22yo. Stray Kids debuted in 2018 they're in the industry since four years soon five years ^^
BangChan was born in '97, Changbin in '99, and Han in '00. But they've been a unit since 2016. It's crazy to think how young they are with that talent. Btw, the Pokémon reference was actually perfect because BangChan plays Pokémon Go, and Han is totally into anime. While extremely talented, they're also reg goofballs like the rest of us. One of the great things about Stray Kids is their relatability.
Changbins voice is so unique. He has like a kind of normal speaking it’s very thick but it has this venom in it. Then he has a hard hitting in your face voice that’s loud and it’s very sharp but you don’t see it often. Han jisung is quick, it usually hun an ongoing rap but the way he pronounces things adds like another beat to things and his lyrics are always so good Chan lays everything very clean, which is sort of opposite from the rest of 3racha. He plays with his range a lot and he lowk lays down facts 😩
I didn't think I could listen to rap where I couldn't understand the words. Then I heard Changbin rap on Thunderous and I realized I was wrong. They've made it to my hip hop playlist. That's not an easy list to make, I assure u 😉
THEY WON ALBUM OF THE YEAR AT ASIAN ARTIST AWARDS!!? It's actually pretty awesome how since debut, they've always encouraged the other kids to be involved in their music and now finally, in Maxident, the unit songs are actually mainly produced by the unit members themselves! And that same album winning album of the year and getting 3M sales is a testament of how talented all of them are! Not just 3racha! Idk I guess my only point is that I'm so proud of them and their growth and thank you for always appreciating their talent and hard work!
as someone who grew up in the UK this song hit different. The beats and mannerisms very much fit the British grime and drill scene and seeing them nail it was so amazing. When changbin came in this his deep 'shut up' I nearly fell off my chair fr
Sometime last year I learned that 3racha guys actually had over 1000 songs each accredited to their name as author. They were the top 3 in the top 10 song writers. Outdoing so many others and 7 and 8 on that listing were also StrayKids members
This is UK Drill/Grime! Directly inspired by it, the line "shut up" is a direct shout out to some of the first and most iconic HUGE UK drill rappers! They also mentioned drawing inspirations and "tiki taka" which refers to tiki taka football, popular in the UK. Absolutely INSANE track from them
It makes sense bc the Aussie drill genre is super similar to the UK drill/grime genre and seeing as Chan is literally from Australia it makes sense for him to incorporate the genre in their music
@@tylerkim68 I would agree but he's lived in Korea since he was like 13 so I can imagine he wasn't /as/ exposed to the genre. Also the fact that 3racha is a 5 year group and has never really put something like this out before. I just thought it was so cool to blend those together and put so many references to so many icons into it. Han said as well that this was his first time ever experimenting with drill, not sure about Bin
"evolving like pokemon" lmfao yes, you get it. they practically sampled themselves- TWICE in this song. the opening line, "1, 2, 3 racha get spotlight" and the closing line, "they always say the same excuses, while they're complaining we're producing." the opening line is from "intro," the first song from 3racha's first EP released in 2017, and the closing line from "passion," performed at kcon in 2020. always love your reactions, thanks for filming and sharing! i adore your skz and woodz ones the most, but you both are so great to watch that i often watch your others as well. it's like listening to and analyzing music with friends, so thanks for being a friend to a nameless music fan from the internet
Love your reactions ❤ 3Racha and Taste made it on my Spotify top 5 despite only being out 2 months. 3Racha is the producing unit of stray kids. They wrote and produced most of stray kids discography. And encourage the other members to contribute to the songs as well. (Also maybe it’s time for a guide 😊) May suggest a break in the Maxident reactions and slip in their Christmas releases from last year. Considering it’s the holiday season. 🎉 Christmas EVEL 24 to 25 Winter falls All 3 songs are very different from each other and all have a MV.
I told you 3racha was my favourite track out of the whole album. It goes so hard. And getting a full rap from Bang Chan is always a treat. The lyrics just burn, but we can’t get enough. I hope they will never stop making music because they are insanely good at it.
I just love how your facial reactions were while listening to the track. To name the track using unit name is bold. It totally justifies the claim in the lyrics.
have you heard silent cry by skz? it's good!! also, great reaction as always 🥰 love your channel, you always have good analyses which i really enjoy over other channels that just react and end it there haha
LOL, They would totally LOVE that comparison to evolving like Pokemon. They all play Pokmon GO especially Bang Chan. In fact, in has last Chani's Room on YT this past Sunday, he and Lee Know were playing together (Lee Know won, lol).
You guys need to watch this solo performance by Changbin. He wrote the song himself. Changbin (Feat. Bang Chan) "Streetlight" | [Stray Kids : SKZ-PLAYER]
Going to join other requests saying same and ask you to please react to HEYDAY! You guys are so awesome, it'd be very entertaining getting your take on such a 🔥 song
You need to check out 3racha’s song Heyday they did for street man fighter I absolutely love that song it’s obviously not part of their maxident album but was released like 2 weeks before they released maxident and it was fire
Oh I was so excited to see merch lmao thank you for your reaction! I really like how sincere you guys are. For the VOCALRACHA subunit, they both said that they tried something different from what they're used to do. It's a fun and cute song with so much potential in their voices. I'm looking forward to your reactions! Thank you!!
how about you react to the songs they made during chan's vlive? lets say, "i cant live without seo changbin" perhaps? this vids wont disappoint you and will surely make you love them even more... vlive part 1: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DEXolYtv3xU.html vlive part 2: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bgYJNYOawIc.html lyric video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FW4yqCMLqgo.html
If you guys ever sell that cap, hit me up! 😅 And.. i know you guys just started Maxident, but since it is around Christmas, is there any possibility for you guys to react to ‘Christmas Evel’? Thank you in advance 🤭
Bang Chan was the main track-maker for both 3RACHA and Taste in this album, and both of these songs are in my top 3 in Maxident so I'm really proud of him 😭
(Bang Chan was born in 97’ and the Maknea IN was born 01’) so ya they young but they release up to 3 albums a year so their discography is LARGE for only debuting in 2018
“the very first reaction we did with stray kids , 3racha was the only sub group we’re familiar with. we know how good they are and we’re just letting them confirm that” OUR 3RACHA best producer 💗
9:25 the fact you guys tell they're still evolving, like a pokémon, and that phrase reminded me that Seugmin, one of the vocalists of Stray Kids, really have a Pikachu doll 😂😂😂 I really love your reaction videos
I absolutely love this song I always wonder what software Bang Chan uses when he’s producing or any of them for that matter I wish I could see their process
And this is why SKZ is so dangerous, they are young but has a lot of experience and still improving their already good skills. 2023 is SKZ's year, they are about to pop off
what I love about the song is that it’s made to play on repeat. put on repeat and listen to the last 5 seconds, then see how it starts again. it’ll blow your mind.
idk if you guys noticed but the coin flip at the beginning and the end make a perfect loop, fun facts which makes it even better . On spotify put the crossfade to 3 seconds for the best experience
the whole song is a flex and a diss track to the haters as they fucking should bc indeed our boys make fire music and they are the LEADERS of the 4th generation and the next big thing in kpop 😌 the song was insane their verses had so many bars😩🔥 Changbin saying Our Credits are the biggest headlines OUFFF and Han part god damn he devoured it and bang chan with the british rap??? DAMN honestly same my fav part was han he’s my fav rapper in the group his part are insanely good btw that last line of Bang Chan its from their rap performance at KCON 2020 (if i’m not wrong) they performed an un released song call Passion and that line came from that song it such a flex 😂 bc so many people (kpop stans) hate stray kids and their music they keep saying is trash and noisy but skz produce their own music and keeps beating records + they WON Album Of The Year that says a lot 🤭
BangChan is 26, Changin is 24, Han is 23. "In the corps since '17" - 6 years of experience self-producing already and they just don't stop. In between comebacks they're still making music, just for the joy of it. So their experience and abilities are growing all the time.
i am a stay and, in love with bang christopher chan, when u guys make a reaction videos for them, i am watchin it like a proud mama! btw i am the 1000th person who liked the video heheh HUGE THANK YOU FOR THESE BEAUTIFUL REACTION💕
Can't wait more reactions from STRAYKIDS. I feel like my RU-vid Life are incomplete if you guys missed a thing from them HAHAHAHAHAHA.. I AM REALLY EXCITED TO HEAR YOUR REACTIONS TO THEM..GLAD YOU FOUND THEM and I FOUND YOUR CHANEL TOO.. SO INTERESTING...
Also don't forget about their japanese mini album CIRCUS and this years song for STAY 'Time Out', as they were released between Oddinary and Maxident 😉😅
great reaction! really relate to your facial expression hahaha I dont know if you guys caught it but this song is really reminiscent of UK drill rap (I guess bc of bang chan Aussie drill lol) and its crazy that they decided to make a self titled song with this beat because it really emphasizes their strengths and individuality. Changbin starts the song off with a bang, focusing more on pronounciation, spitting, cadence and variation and rawness. a dark rapper indeed. han goes so fast and nonstop you wonder if he needs to breathe anymore.. truly crazy. his lyrics are always creative too and the addlibs throughout his verse are so hype and then chan with his aussie accent doing an english verse. rapping melodically and singing the 'chorus' instead of rapping it like the other two. love the rawness of his verse with the nod to the scoville scale (sriracha sause) too. looking forward to your reaction to vocalracha's Cant stop! Have to note that 3racha havent touched the unit songs, which makes it so much more special for the other rachas to explore their own thing. The producer of day6 actually worked on cant stop! and you can really hear it.
