Musicians react to hearing LOVEBITES / Nameless Warrior (Official Live Video) 

Haruna is an MVP. Sometimes it feels like people does not put enough attention at how good she really is.

A lot has happened in the last 2 years. There have been 2 babies, a wedding and a new bass player. What always amazes me, that hardly anyone notices how Asami runs in the last third with raised arms from right to left. You can see how much she missed the stage. I think she likes to be in the spotlight and enjoys it.

I was 10 feet in front of Asami. There were tears. A really emotional evening.

Everything they have dropped from this concert is off the charts. They came out after two years of frustration, just breathing fire. Incredible.

The smiles, the positivity, is more than just being the first concert they've played in almost 2 years. If you had followed them from the announcement of Miho leaving to this concert, you would realize there were very down times. The band was down. Fami was also down, doubting her future, and that was before Lovebites knocked on her door. In my mind, without any question, Fami brought everything out of the dark. These five together are something to behold. From their music to the glimpses they give us into their personal lives, they feel like family to me. It just so happens they play the best metal I have ever heard, and they are a joy to watch.I've come a long way as a metalhead since I heard "The Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin in 1971, when I was 11. There is simply no better band to me than Lovebites, ever.

Fami always looks like she's having the best day of her life - every moment. 🤩 And the moment(s) when Midori and Miyako are flanking Haruna up by the drums is a powerful visual. I love it.

Fami performed in front of an audience for the first time that day. Until then, her only experience had been RU-vid selfies and live, audience-free performances for distribution. Fami's guts impressed asami.

This was the last song Lovebites recorded with Miho (the original bassist, and co-founder), and was first released on their best of-album. It's a common thought among the Wolfpack, that Miho is the Nameless Warrior 🤘🐺🤘

The MV of this song came out just after they announced Miho's departure and their hiatus so I've always viewed it with a sense of gloom. This live performance of it has totally reversed that. I now love it so much, and watching them play this live makes me smile. And hell yeah, Haruna plays a blinder. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Fami's bass is a handmade bass guitar from Freedom Custom Guitars in Tokyo, Japan. She ordered a white 4-string bass from Freedom to match her stage outfit. I used it on the first day of the Japan tour. He was always smiling and breathing fire. From a Japanese fan😄

If I'm spelling it correctly, it's a custom,top of the line, Japanese bass called Bacchus. Fami won it a few years back. Then they gave her a headless signature bass that you see in some of their videos. It's turned out to be a good investment on their part.

Fami s smile moves mountains.... Not just beuty, a wonderful personality too. Something thats a theme for all of them. In all of their crazy musicality talent. They are extremely humble and likes to have fun kind of Young women... So no wonder a big fanbase with so easy to like personalities in all of the technicality and talent...

The 2nd of 3 videos of this concert released on RU-vid so far. Hammer of Wrath and Judgement Day are the other 2. The Knocking on Heaven's Gate DVD was released for purchase Aug 23. The song was written just after Miho had decided she was going to leave the band. It was the last one recorded with her, and included on In The Beginning- The Best of 2017-2021. Don't know if the bass is actually bigger, or just looks that way with Fami being around 5'2".

Asami shows just how much range she has, from high tone to low, this my friends is why they call her" The One and Only Voice", as a front lady, The Stage General has no equal in my opinion, and having a band of virtuoso musicians behind her makes #lovebites a true supergroup. Fami play with LOVEBITES and continue on Collège degree. That's one of reason why LOVEBITES don't tour oversea, second reason Miyako and Asami had Toddlers each. So for the japonese tour the show are on saturday in September and october for helping Fami chan to go to college.

Great reaction. I don't mind you to pause even in the middle of a guitar solo because your comments are relevant though I'm not a drummer. Yes, they are so eager to perform on stage after a two year break. In the case of Fami, she is extra happy. There is a history behind of it. She's been known as a prodigious high school girl bassist through her RU-vid channel but never played in a real band except for gigs. She was wondering if she should've kept playing music when she was finishing high school but Lovebites launched the audition for their new bassist and she was chosen from hundreds of bassists at the end of last year after world wide audition. This is the very first moment that she plays with "HER BAND" and the band is world class, the best metal band, playing in front of such a enormous number of people. Love you guy’s reaction, and I’ve tried a couple of Love Bites, but I just can’t take the vocals. She sings in style that grates my spine. All my metal fan friends have the same reaction to her. Gives me vibes of Rush - Geddy Lee grates me too and I’m Canadian. But I can work through Geddy, but not her. Very frustrating because the band is so f’ing talented. Hopefully some day they come out with instrumentals. And that guitarist who started on the far left………………

Asami’s voice in the beginning sounds a little off, like she’s echoing in the mix, but otherwise this is a fantastic live version of this song. Judging by the three videos that have been released so far, I’m a bit concerned about the overall mix on this show. The ladies are badass and look and sound great, but so far it feels like the mix needed one more pass.
