I can't compare them, because I haven't used the Fender ones. I don't see how the Fender ones would be any better though. They have a very fine adjustment and hold their place perfectly when tightened down. I would recommend them to anyone looking for locking tuners.

They've been great. Seems to stay in tune better when using the tremolo

Thanks BDOG. I'm a huge fan of Musiclily, great stuff and great prices but more importantly is the excellent service. I ordered the wrong part one time and they went out of their way to help me out. I've had a few people ask about the Ukrainian flag. I got it to hang outside on one of our flag poles. We have two flag poles that we alternate the Canadian flag, an Edmonton Oilers flag, my wife's Scottish flag and now my Ukrainian flag. 30's and 20's isnt too bad. We've finally warmed up here! After a week of sub -40c temps, we're now into the -10c and warmer. Supposed to be in the + side of 0 later in the week. Have a great week!

Thanks Marc. I'm loving these tuners, they're great. The temperature changes from 17c at night and up to 24c during the day, with those changes in temperature, the guitar is still in tune. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'll be putting them on the rest of my guitars. Call me Vlad

It looks bigger than it is. It's just an average size bedroom that I insulated the walls for a little soundproofing. That way I don't annoy my wife with my mangling songs. I started when I was about 7 and played till I was about 25ish. Then arthritis hit me pretty hard and made it difficult to play, so I ended up selling my guitars. Then about 5 years ago I was selling a miter saw and a guy offered to trade me for an amp and electric guitar. My arthritis had improved significantly enough that I figured I'd go for it. The fingers don't work the way they used to, but the more I play, the looser the fingers get. Still trying to get back to playing like I used to be able to.

Thanks Mark. I've got a couple of sets that have been sitting in a drawer waiting for me to mount them on my other guitars. They're well worth the effort. You'll probably forget again lol

Awesome! How’s is the weight of these? I tend to get bad impressions when I buy hardware that feels lightweight a fragile. I’m really considering these

I don't know. You can check with Musiclily on their website or if you use Facebook, there is a Facebook group for them. They're really good at answering questions there.

The string were definitely tuned down before cutting.

@@BruceLyeg just saying that some people risk getting a string in their eye haha also if you dont mind me asking how gold would you say the finish is? im planning on upgrading my squier strat to gold hardware and these seem pretty good for the price

@@nitroxylictv It's always scary when a string snaps! I always kinda look away when tuning the E lol. The gold is pretty nice. It's definitely a more gold than brassy. They have a pretty nice finish

@@BruceLyeg Every time haha the high E is always scary! And thanks I might actually order some now I just couldnt find a very "gold looking" set of tuners. Most of them looked like yellow painted metal.
