That is a northern pike. We fish on Bald Eagle quite often, and the last couple of years have been rough on that lake. It's not like it used to be. I recommend White Bear Lake. It's very close, and we have been seeing and catching many beautiful Muskies out there.
Carissa thank you for your comment. The pike technically is a Muskie because a certain percentage of them grow into full Muskies when they keep growing, some don’t. Some Muskies are born already Muskies but some also come from Pike.
I like your videos and your passion for fishing but fish changing species is not a thing. A juvenile pike becomes a mature pike and a juvenile muskie becomes a mature muskie.
