भारत का संविधान जब बना तो उसके पहले धर्म के आधार पर देश का बंटवारा हो चुका था, तो फिर मुसलमानो के द्वारा यह कहना कि वे अपने धर्म के कायदे-कानून से चलेंग, कहां तक जायज और स्वीकार्य है ! भारत के संविधान का निर्माण तो भारतीय संस्कृति और सनातन धर्म को केंद्र विन्दु में रखकर किया गया था, न की मुश्लिम धर्म को रखकर । देश के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को भारतीय संविधान और उसके कानून के हिसाब से ही चलना पङेगा, चाहे वह किसी धर्म, जाति या पंथ का हो ।

15.8.1947 को विभाजन के साथ ही भारत के मुस्लिमो को पाक चले जाना था क्योंकि 100% कटुओं ने पाक बनाने के लिए अटूट मतदान किया । मगर बेशर्मी साजिश मुफ्तखोरी और गजवा का सपना पाले इन मक्कारों ने भारत में ही रूक कर भारत की 80% समस्याओं को बड़ा दिया। भारत में रह रहे सभी मुस्लिम अवैध प्रवासी हैं। ये कोई भी सुविधा, राज्य लाभ , नोकरी पाने की पात्रता नही रखते। इनके मजहब के अनुसार भी इनको हिजरत कर इस्लामी मुल्क पाक चले जाना चाहिए !

संविधान बचाओ अभियान,,, पाकिस्तान बांग्लादेश का विभाजन हुआ है और अब भी मुस्लिम समुदाय भारत में रहते हैं वो भी संविधान का उल्लघंन है।। मस्जिद मदरसा मजार मुक्त भारत होना चाहिए।‌ वक्फ बोर्ड मायनोंरिटी बोर्ड को परमानेंट ताला लगाकर स्वतंत्र बुलडोजर मंत्रालय का गठन करके सभी राज्यों में शहरों में सभी मस्जिदों हज हाउस मदरसा बिल्डिंग को सरकारी गोदामों में परिवर्तन कर ना ही है।

It's still left to states to implement these laws. Besides shariya nahi to selective secularism is applied in congress led states. Con led states are not making any 'preach dont convert' law. In fact thise states are getting bankrupt as the CMs are wasting development funds on freebies.

Nikah is an act, not an agreement. Nikah literally means " surakh mein dalna" Nikah nama is the agreement for the same. Ri Indeed there is no equivalent of vivah or shaadi in the mazhab.

Maintenance should be from both side that’s my take as a Hindu, That if a women abandons men then a women should pay to men if a men is not working, incapable or poor, And if a men abandons women then a men should pay women if women is unable to work, Incapable(Disable) or poor. And if any one of them proven to be committing affairs any physical relation with some other person during maintenance alimony then it should be revoked as emotional consideration has to taken that one can not pay there former spouse for having intimacy with other person. Both the genders should be treated equally.

Here in Kerala there was an incident last day. A 16 year old was married of. You know who was the chairman of the Mahal, a CPI(M) office bearer who himself is an advocate. CPI(M) has tried to hide it. Such is the state of "INDIA'S MOST SECULAR AND PROGRESSIVE PART". Bye the way, you can see many married girls who prima facie looks under age. Huge number of muslim kids are seen sent to DARS for education in a state where there is no dearth of educational institutions. These boys who only knows their own religion will be on everywhere in the society. ALARMING SITUATION INDEED

सुप्रीम कोर्ट हाई कोर्ट संविधान के अनुसार जितने भी फैसले कर दे मुस्लिम समाज अपना ही कानून मानेगा ।अब तो होना यह चाहिए कि क्रिमिनल लॉ भी मुस्लिम समाज के लिए शरिया के अनुसार हों ।

एक और ऑर्डर आना चाहिये कि जिसने भी 18 / 21 वर्ष की आयु से कम की लड़की से विवाह किया। बाद में तलाक दे रहा तो वो बच्चे भी रखेगा और आय का 80% गुजारा भत्ता alimony देगा पत्नी को 😢।
