Sahih Muslim 31:5917 describes Muhammad’s general, Ali, going off to fight but pausing and asking why these people are to be attacked. Muhammad’s response was because they are not Muslim. “Ali went a bit and then halted and did not look about and then said in a loud voice: Allah’s Messenger, on what issue should I fight the people? Thereupon he (the Prophet) said: Fight with them until they bear testimony to the fact that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his Messenger” Plenty more in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, but I leave you with what is probably the coldest and most callous utterance from Muhammad, quoted several times in both sets of the two most trusted (authentic) collections of ahadith. He proved the most often recited verse by those who say Islam is a 'religion of peace' is, ironically, taken out of context to sound nice and peaceful. The reason he is safe, is because he does not live in a muslim country.

If Christians follow the teachings of Jesus to the tee, they become peaceful and if Muslims follow Mohammed’s teachings to the tee, they become violent. The earliest Christians were not violent, they actually got killed for their beliefs, the apostle etc. The Roman Empire hijacked the Christian identity and used it to control people, they actively killed true Christian who followed the bible. Whereas Mohammed the founder of Islam was doing the killing and plundering when Jesus the founder of Christianity never killed anyone or stole from anyone.

Majority of the denominations of early Christianity didn’t really worship Jesus as God. Let’s say Trinity the concept developed by the end of the year 200 CE by Tertullian. That’s 2 centuries after Jesus lived, the concept made up people who never even saw Jesus.
