Not a supporter of tobacco or anything, but its not haram it’s actually frowned upon, alcohol and drugs are the ones haram. Many have lots of options, and follow things different. Because in many muslim countries they have hookah lounges and sell cigarettes.

Actually women is allowed to go to masjid but you know. First who gonna take care of the children, second, they have period and stuff so its kinda hard. Third ok let say they go there alone what if they get harrassted in her way home. It's actually for safety and for preventing the fitnah (slander). In ramadan month there's alot of women come to the masjid in my neighborhood.
