@Based Brah Historically all muslim countries obligated Islamic dresscode and all scholars agree on Ta'zeer punishment for not dressing properly according shariah law.( Ibn Al-Qayyim defined Ta‘zeer (disciplinary punishment) in his book I‘laam Al-Muwaqqi‘een as follows: "Ta‘zeer is the punishment for any sin that has no Hadd (determined punishment) or Kaffaarah (expiation) in Islamic law.") Christians and jews in the time of the prophet wore their own clothing which included a headscarf bcs that was the culture in arabia. Most modern muslim nations adopted the western dress code wich is "wear what you want but dont reveal your genitales". But that doesnt change the facts in islam.
