We used to walk all the way to Kempti Falls via Polo ground (now kvs) down hill and swim there and come track back. While trekking down and up hill infested with leeches. We get often bitten by leeches. During our time there was not even a single tea stall at Kempti Falls. We also took some dirty clothes aka uniform to wash as school had scarcity of water. Most of the laundry was at Polo ground on Sundays. Few boys were lucky to have gf do their laundry.
Hawkers are really growing wild around LhasuRi. Authorities and Tibetan people should take measures to stop them. The Essence of Dalai Hill is losing out. Save Dalai Hill before it becomes like a fish market.
