Just a lil tip, open up that yellow vent on the drain container next time you drain oil in it, i have the same one and it will come close or will over flow every time unless you have that yellow vent open. Makes a huge difference!
Love the 6.0 and just a tip from someone who works on their suspensions daily make sure u get a factory steering stabilizer and not an aftermarket one bc I’ve had alot of customers come in with a death wobble and it was caused from different types of aftermarket stabilizers.
I have used a Bilstein steering stabilizer with great success , I have seen some videos that show that the way a steering stabilizer is installed can cause the problem , ie incorrect mounting ,,
Truck looks good bud! I got some OEM taillights off my 2016 F-250 that I won’t be using anymore. They’ve been polished and ceramic coated, if you wanna cover shipping I’ll send em out to ya!
Just for gamble, I say you dont build the Dmax, but instead, 4 inch lift and a more mid tire look 35 to 38 inch tires might be nice, but not so much wides, maybe 1 or 2 inches out the fender max.
Your definitely my favorite RU-vidr just throwing it out there maybe traction bars an led cab lights just an idea be a cool video how to install cab lights thanks for the awesome videos
I always replace all of the hoses and flush the coolant on an older used vehicle especially if the hoses look bad. You'd be surprised at how many people only replace a hose when one bursts!
if a person checks out the oil changes etc tires changed etc the whole nine yards and ask if they when done ask about the records, before selling it to a person can you negotiate or ask them to do it for you and get a seriously reduced price on the truck? along with tune ups etc
@@eli4735 y’all need to start thinking before responding because you just end up making yourself look silly. I just made a comment because I have an opinion just like you do. In my opinion it would ruin the truck by putting pavement princess wheels and tires on because that style is way over done, lmf has done it to 3/4 or more of the trucks he’s had. Do something different instead of being just like everyone else.
@@bdtaylor1979 it is overdone but you make yourself look silly when you talk about how you *hope [certain mods] arent done* to another mans truck like itll personally effect you, i wouldnt prefer wides this time but i aint making a whole comment on it, hes most likely not gonna see it or even care because its his truck
Chase. Love your channel. Still own a pristine 03 GMC Sierra Regency Sport (step side) I purchased brand new. Any woman would wish she were pampered like this truck. Thanks to you I upgraded the dash cluster thru Fit My Gauge. Very similar to your spec, except for red led. The interior of my truck has been upgraded to red led, including under dash. What sold me was the preprogrammed info center. Dealer replaced (with custom overlay I provided) and used excuse they could not program the info part of the cluster due to the custom double dinn Kenwood head unit I had installed. Charged me $600. Today upgraded head light lamps to Lasfit LED, thx to your recommendation. Next project replace fog lamp components and upgrade to Lasfit LED (which I have).
In full disclosure I have never changed the differential oil in any vehicle I’ve ever owned, trucks, atvs, etc. and never had an issue with any of them.
Yea, I’m buying a first gen Super duty in the future. In the mean time, i will be putting together my Yukon similar to your white one and GMT800 Suburban Z71. My OBS is on back burner for a while, She’s still attracting eyes from people who want to buy her. The answer will always be not for sale😂
I have a Nissan frontier 2015 all blacked out except the tail lights, the emblem front and rear bumpers and I was thinking about blacking them out to match I am 17 almost 18 years old
This truck will give you problems. They are fun for a while But never got maintained ever. Parts must be replaced around 50k miles. Get rid of this thing fast lmf
Good check around forsure but one thing I would check personally is the belts and hoses , these trucks like to over heat so see if the coolant looks fresh or just replace it all so it don’t over heat usually happens when pulling up a grade 👌🏻
Yes everything you did is a MUST! I always replace the battery if it hadn’t been replaced in the last year or so. And at SOME point I go ahead and replace the plugs because I’m very picky and 9 times out of 10 they don’t run factory plugs.
that trucks super clean, i love 6.0l powerstrokes they’re hands down the best engines. you should look into some “performance custom cables” for it, they’re super clean and fit perfect. they’re more important than you’d think lol
