Let’s go to London’s Chinatown for some delicious Dim Sum!
Dim Sum are served in small portions (usually 3 or 4 pieces each), which allows for a variety of tastes and textures to be enjoyed in one seating - be it steamed, fried or baked.
We’re heading to one of our favourite restaurants to enjoy Dim Sum: Joy King Lau in London’s Chinatown.
Here’s the list of Dum Sum we’ve ordered:
- Cheung Fun (Rice Noodle Roll)
- Fu Pei Guen (Stuffed Tofu Skin)
- Siu Mai (Pork Dumpling)
- Wu Gok (Yam Croquette)
- Fung Zao (Chicken Feet)
- Har Gao (Shrimp Dumpling)
- Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumpling)
- Char Siu Bao (Roast Pork Bun)
- Dan Tat (Egg Tart)
