My JL has the dimmer for the foot lights. Could I run this off that circuit? Have you ever tried that? Also, what's that switch panel you have on the lower center of the dash (behind the shifter)
Great little mod! I want to tackle this, but you sped through the most difficult part (for me) which is the wiring under the hood. What did you actually splice in the fuse box?

Helpful video, ADV DEX, thank you. JL here with factory AUX switches. Purchased lights. Going to cut-off cig power adapter and hard wire kit using AUX (interior) wire bundle. What would you do for a ground inside footwell?

Installing a million of anything doesn’t make anyone a “certified” expert Who the f is a certified led light installer ? Please dude you stuck a led light bar under a seat no exactly a difficult feat and why would hard wire a switch really not hard to add one step into this so you can voice control your lighting thru your phone Certified led light installer my ass
