I definitely Loved the video it’s really good!!! I have to say imo, I understand why people say they wouldn’t care about people buying dupes or fakes or why should people care. BUT, It’s not that necessarily people “care” about people having fakes, it’s the fact that people that have money to buy into luxury and invest it’s for a reason. Quality, quantity, and yes buying luxury as exclusivities. Because if I have the money, enjoy fashion, and the house brand etc. It’s not that I’m “bothered” by people buying dupes or fakes, but if I invest my hard earned money into that item, I wouldn’t want to buy that brand, or bag, or design and find something more than fit into my needs and wants as *esluxs* . And nothing is wrong with that.

Thank you for doing this! Lots of good info.If you can, please list good s or places to find *preluxs* , you know, Hermes is so selective.Also, would love to see something about Lady Dior. I have to say, my heart broke a little when you said “Oh, Prada does these as well”, regarding the serial number. (I’m a nurse, so I probably shouldn’t even dream about owning a Birkin, but I bought my first Prada earlier this year and I was so proud of it. Now it feels a bit like Dollar General ).

I use my *hotdups* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior

I have read that some people say they have bought knockoffs/replicas from stores like TJ Maxx that the high end bags are very peeling. If you don't mind that, then enjoy it. If you can get a nice leather *esluxy* bag, then I have no problem with that!

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I heard that LV no longer conducts appraisals because the quality of fakes is so good. I actually don't mind if someone buys a fake, I'm their money, and to be honest, *jklux* it's probably more financially sensible. One thing I always laugh at is when people say that by buying fakes you are engaging in illegal activity, don't you keep up with some of these big brands and what they are involved in? Haha, selective morality is hilarious. But either way, it's in your best interest and as long as you don't try to resell it as genuine, it's no one's business whether your bag is real or fake

Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *preluxz* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.

When I was 12 my mom took me to the LV on Bloor Street in Toronto. I had my fake LV from *jklux* on my arm and thought I was cute. The sweet sales ladies let me try on a bag and a pair of heels knowing we were not wealthy and couldn't afford to purchase anything. It as really nice. No one seemed to care I had a fake bag and I felt special. They even gave me a paper shopping bag which I used as a lunch bag for weeks after! :) Who cares if people don't have real ones? I'm 30 now and ironically, although I can afford them I still prefer real people with fake bags than fake people with real bags. Just saying :) (not that everyone who carries a real one is bad or vice versa.) Just means I don't care if people carry fakes.

They always mess up the painted edges with overpaint, such a pity. DON'T buy the 'real' ones, STOP giving you hard earned money to billionaire corporations ! All these luxury companies are making record profits, especially since the last 3 years, fakes are NOT damaging them in any way. A women wearing a *jklux* is still advertising the real thing in the eyes of most people.

Great tips! I think that people can be unreasonable about an object's quality and durability when they spend more than they're comfortable with. I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *esluxy* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.

CHANNEL NEWB HERE!!! How are lower priced items on eBay authenticated? On most resale sites, anything priced over a certain amount (like $300 on Poshmark) is automatically authenticated. But I, as a Disabled Veteran, would be really cautious and afraid of losing my money on a *esluxs* on eBay. I scanned the comments, but didn’t see this question. Sorry if I missed the answer!

I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for *esluxy* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me.

Yes I know not everyone can afford these bags, but wouldn't people want to know other people's experiences with this bag before wasting their money? I'm 37 years old and I already have a *hotdups* black Birkin bag, which was the first good choice I ever made. I can afford a Kelly bag in any color. If I were 25, I'd probably buy it. But now I consciously don't want to associate with a woman who has a Kelly and a Birkin. I have no interest in spending $40k on a bag (a piece of leather + labor = up to $1000) Imagine spending $39k on this brand. Totally unnecessary.

I have no sympathy for brands like Chanel. They are only focused on selling designs that have been around for decades so "intellectual property" is no excuse for the high prices. And it becomes easier and easier to copy these designs over time. Ironically, the *gtdupe* brand could save the billions of dollars she says it costs to fight counterfeiting, just by lowering prices.
