I did begin to record when I was in Spain but if I’m honest I really wanted to live in the moment and fully enjoy my time. I would however love to do more videos about how to pack, what to take and how to really enjoy travelling over 50 ❤️

I know, I've tried to purchase several times. It's a different bag in the US. She's in the UK that's why she says the links are specific to different countries.

I accidentally clicked on the UK link. The trousers on the UK link are cotton, but the trousers on the US link are polyester. What’s with that? I would rather have cotton. Also, the US polyester trousers are more than twice the price of the UK cotton. Obviously there is a monetary difference between the countries but paying over twice the price for polyester is ridiculous. However, I can make them myself, so if I want cotton I’ll do that.

Nice response! Ah there’ll always be someone picking holes in stuff. Colourways is another way of saying colours, simply linguistics. And if you’re not into boho, fine! Anyway, these ARE classic as far as I’m concerned, not particularly boho. I have to call out that ‘sorry’, which has nothing to do with an apology -if I ever use it, it’s as a strong ‘sorry, not sorry!’, when circumstances call for it 😏 A note of genuine advice for the lady regarding this - it’s actually a very important aspect of Spanish culture…the word ‘sorry’ (or rather ‘lo siento’ - literally, I feel it!) is only used when there’s something real to apologise for - and I don’t mean as in this example, the passive-aggressive nature of it here, but rather the way it’s so overused here…people use it almost as a greeting, eg when passing someone in a shop (and the reply is ‘sorry’! Even though nothing happened!). In Spain it’d only be if they’d crashed into you! It was really confusing for me when I moved back here, and had a serious case of reverse culture shock. I can see why they feel it devalues the word. Of course this won’t be relevant if there’s no intention of learning the language and integrating into that culture, just moving to the ex-pat anglicised version of ‘Spain’ - a kind of bubble segregated from the Spanish m 🎉basically a little Britain…British food, customs etc. etc., just with warm weather! Either way and regardless, enjoy your retirement!
