Thank you for this. I just discovered a few years ago that I am highly sensitive, and only because I noticed my son was taking after me in sensitivity, and professionals started to point out the things he does is a sign of high sensitivity. Then it clicked for me. I always thought I was weak for not being able to handle the world the way others do. Until I found this out. I look forward to following you. Best wishes, Linda.
