I would add safety glasses, gloves, sharpie marker, tape measure and a small notebook to write shit down.

All amazing ideas! I should wear safety glasses and gloves for some of the jobs we do (but I don’t and I’m sure it just takes once to regret that). Sounds like you have been doing this a while!

@@SkyManagement I only been doing this for almost a year now and have been learning a lot from videos like this and asking a lot of question from people that knows the trade. Thanks for putting this video out for the new guys that wants to learn the trade.

Also add ruler tape, flashlight, buckethead vacuum, nitrile coated gloves, masking or painter tape, duct tape, and wormdrive screw band

Good list, 2 things I would change is, I would remove the drain chemical & substitute with a flashlight. Substitute the 6n1 for a Klein 11n1. Also add a grounds picker cause in apartment maintenance we all know the grounds are important for curb appeal which makes that a top tool in my mind. 👍🪛🛠️

You sir… are a genius. We kind of “assumed” people today have flashlights in their phones and if you are like me…. You are tied to this thing 24/7. A picker! I like it. We were thinking along the lines of “service calls” or emergency calls but I totally agree with you on the picker. Would go good with a bucket :-)
