Did biochemistry long ago and now just a week close to exam , freaking out how to revise everything and keep up with questions , thought of leaving biostatistics and there go bhoom …. Also wanted to bring your attention to the enzyme you mentioned that converts homocysteine to methionine, I think you said its called homocysteine methyl transferase but isn't it in fact methionine synthase? you probably just had that enzyme in your mind from another reaction that converts SAM to S-adenosyl homocysteine. I didn't understand why you chose Methionine, the questions ask DECREASING" not increasing to which of the following"?

I didn't understand why you chose Methionine, if in question it says " By supplementing B12 the facilitation of homocysteine "DECREASING" not increasing to which of the following"? Isn't it the answer should be cysteine because by supplementing with B12 homocysteine is gonna convert "more" into methionine and "less" into cysteine. Please clear this. TIA
