Your red for scarlet night can be as simple as a red headband or other accessory. If you want to go "all out." go for it. But if you don't want to overload your luggage, it isn't necessary. THey don't "take" wine from your luggage. If anything, they call you to the "naughty room" where you open your luggage for them. Usually, if they see 2 bottles, they don't even do that; they just send the luggage to your room. For more than 2 bottles, yup, they will hold it till the end of the cruise. If you are doing a cruise from Europe and arriving at the hotel early, you will want power adaptors and/or converters. You won't need them on the ship.
As well as the red clothing and PJs also bring 80s style disco clothing for the 80s themed disco night people really go to town with there 80s attire and you can feel a pooper if your not included. It's one of the best nights in the mannor club.
i know right? i used to be carry on only. or just a backpack. but things become different when you have photo shoots... and 4 cameras... and a bunch of other creator stuff. traveling as a "vacationer" is VERY VERY different than traveling as a creator. this is my job!

love to hear this! personally i'd bring the DSLR, there is no luggage allowance limits so even if you leave it in your stateroom the entire time.. you at least have the option. there are a MILLION photo opportunities!

Just booked and read that you are not supposed to tip them, they get paid 3 times the amount that other cruise workers get… you already paid the tip love, I know it’s hard for Americans to understand but apparently Reddit has a whole thread on this… giving them cash apparently they have to report it
Thanks for adding your opinion. I read this same info! But I’m sharing my experience from eight sailings. On all sailings I tip. Period. No worker has ever seemed sad or upset about- in fact they’ve shown gratitude for it. They work hard, I show my appreciation and it’s how I do it. It’s not how everyone has to do it!
