Protect Coach Nicole at ALL COSTS😩💙

no shade to the other coach but im sooooooooo glad she's the coach of this squad. this is literally how i would do it. break every single element down instead of tossing stunts up and praying to jesus for a miracle. everything is way easier if you have basic fundamentals in your muscle memory first.

This coach is good and they respect her. You get more respect when you know your craft. This squad is going up!

To me, both Phoenix and Lyric should be able to do tucks in their passes. They tumble pretty strong in my opinion.

Every time they stop to do burpees or pushups she should time it to see how long it take them and add it to their practice time or deduct it from their break time. It will make them more cautious of what they do and their peers will hold them more accountable. Overall great job to the team and coaches.

let's change just the word having "attitude" to having "POSITIVE BUBBLY attitude" cause I think some of the girls be getting it confused. other than that love this coach teaching technique she's about to create some real GREAT athletes if they follow thru

I wish E' Niylah (probably spelled her name wrong, I'm sorry) had returned. She tumbled so beautifully but i can understand why she chose not to return. The same with Angelisa (probably spelled her name incorrectly too, I'm sorry?) I've noticed that some of these young ladies do not take constructive criticism well. Also with Aniyah, she's been respinding a bit negatively to coach Nicole, but the moment coach black showed up, she has a different response. I agree with the consequences coach Nicole gave the girls. Maybe now, they will have more discipline.

Where are y’all located at

My thing with Lyric is that she needs to stop catching her flyer with her hips sticking out. She and other girls may strain their backs by doing that. Take in what coach Nicole is saying and apply it.

Congratulations couches for work I m looking at came with consistent dedication endurance training and practice cheerleading not getting very tiring but maintaining stimina.
