Maybe, because she was ready to have it all cut off with a fun bright color. Her finger waves are very nice and flat, she still has a nice curl pattern to work with. To me a wig will not hold up and lay that nicely for her head shape. This lady looks way better with short hair and now her tats will really stand out with her new hair color.
