Another gorgeous house here and I like the background music. 🙂 Hmm, a faucet in the upstairs tubless shower? How odd...but I guess many peeps have such diff tastes that we might see all kinds of stuff out there that'd have us scratch our heads...😄Hope this house stays this nice for many years to come.

This house is not bad! but I think the price of $875k is kind of a bit too much for it and also have to consider the location; as you can see compared to the other houses surrounding it; it is not in a very upscale area. Also the backyard patio next to the kitchen. I would just convert that into another big room and make it apart of the house; because it would be too much space to waste for outdoor use only ( since most people dont always spend most of their time outdoors). Thanks for showing!

They say real estate is location, location, location. Clearly, NOBODY told this builder.........A diamond BUILT among the rough. Complete with a tiny lot and garage. The tree branches falling over the fence were a nice touch to remind us "you in da hood" lol What a BEAUTIFUL home otherwise.
