I just wanted to specifically say that this is amazing work. I watch a LOT of home tour videos from all over. Very rarely is someone so thorough, and very rarely so insanely patient to do this much light stepped walking all over a property, opening every door, taking the time to give sweeping views to allow the viewer to judge scale and more. This is excellently done. I realize it takes probably 5 times the amount of effort and time to do it this well, and I just think you should know that its very appreciated. The comments posted by narrow-minded, ungrateful, complaining people should all be deleted, sir. It's just impossible to satisfy some people no matter what you do. You are doing an excellent job showing off these gorgeous homes available for sale. Your job is simply to do what you are naturally suited to do. Do not respond to complainers about their "slowness" (even answering their complaints is not mandatory). You are guaranteed to get complaints that the camera is moving too fast if you start moving the camera faster. You shouldn't feel bad for doing what you love just because there are people who are jealous or careless enough to complain about a video you made.

An absolutely stunning home. You did a great job showing all the detail. I was just wondering why you didn't go into the one lonely door at the very top of the stairs? I know you couldn't go into the middle room because a man was in there but the other was closed and you didn't go in. It drove me bonkers! I needed to know what was in there. Lol! I watch alot of home tours and this house is probably in my top 5 of the most beautiful. The only thing I would probably change is a bigger screen in the theater but other than that, wow!

I’ve read some of the comments about people saying 2.1 million is too much money for the houses to be so close. I’m metro Dallas, 2.1 million is not going to get you an estate on 5 acres anymore. Not within the major metro area. There are some lots like that, but they were bought decades ago. You can get it, but you will be in the country for 2.1.

Nice but I see a few issues. Easy one, one of those two downstairs room with TVs and seating needs to be staged as formal dining. Design issues: The primary closet, not many folks will want to climb stairs to just get their clothing. A better idea would have been adding another up-stairs room. Finally. putting the movie screen in that recessed area above the cabinet limits the screen size. Remove the cabinet , or move, flatten the wall and you increase the screen size possibility. Otherwise just buy a big flat screen TV.

You can get a lot of house in Texas. We have a 5k square foot home in Cinco Ranch which was the highest ranked master planned community in the country for years. We're on the Sixth fairway,and of course we have a pool/hot tube,a four car garage and it's in a gated community...all for 450K. It's also a custom made home like all the homes in our neighborhood. You couldnt touch it say in california for less than 4 million.

I went to see this house about a year ago. Truly beautiful. If I'm not mistaken, once the builder sells the last house in this subdivision , this model home will go on sale.

Great showing of the home. But someone explain what in the world is the point of the tv in the primary suite being blocked like that. I know they were trying to keep with the symmetry of the cabinets on either side but either take it out or remove the pieces on the dresser.

Yes, it's a unique architectural project. Most builders will not sell their plans. But with a good architect, you can easily copy it and make some changes to the elevation inside, and no one will have any problems.
