Lately, I have had many questions about what equipment I`m using to shoot my property tours.

Whoever filmed this video needs to work on not dragging it out, showing the same areas more than once, taking entirely too long to showcase the house, it’s features and the interior designs. I had to keep telling myself to not scroll on past this because my patience was wearing thin. Almost 40 minutes is too long to show this beautiful home.

I'm glad you had time to watch the entire property tour. Based on Feedback I was getting from many subscribers, they requested to focus on details and do tours slower. If it’s too long next time, I will add chapters to help subscribers watch it quicker if they don’t want to spend that much time watching the video. Most of the time, when I walk through a house with my clients, it usually takes around 30-40min. Thank you for your feedback 🙏

Yes it took entirely too long you could have definitely speeded this up a little more it should not have taken this long it got boring where I skipped because I kept seeing the same thing but it is a beautiful home but it didn't take me that long to see that.

When making a big lifetime purchase utilize video as a feature to tour the home, you want to see every angle and detail of the home. If done right the potential buyer may not have to come visit property and you will gained buyers who is ready and willing to proceed with purchase. As a potential realtor, I understand the concept of the video. Like you said if in person, it takes up to 40 minutes. Great Job, in this field you must have patience to service each client with proficiency, accurately and showing passion making their desires/dreams fulfilled

Video was just so long. Seen houses 3X's as big, with many many more amenities, 3X's faster. It actually took away from the appeal. Or maybe it was the music. There should been tall, tinted windows closing the patio in. And where the pool?

I had recently many requests from subscribers that it would be better if I showed houses slower so they could focus more on the details of the house. Yes, agree to tinted windows, and we can build the pool per the client's request. It is a builder model house 🏡

Not real impressed for the money. Focus seems to be on the added decor and not the details that set it apart from homes half the size. Bigger is not always better. Definitely did not like the first room - dining, kitchen and family room all lined up. Boring. Sorry.

I am beginning to see a disturbing trend. If you have or are looking for an $800,000 -$1,600,000 home, the real estate market is just the same as before. If you are trying to buy what was formerly 250k - 325k those are in the $500k - $750K. There is the tax for being poor in America. Someone is always fleecing you.

and a tax rate of 2.57%. Really. If Texas had reasonable property taxes, they would keep more residents. Beautiful home. I pay 1.18% in Florida. Texan by birth and by heart but can't pay 22K in annual taxes.

No one is forcing you 😅 In Texas we don’t need stronger constructions. I grew up in Poland where almost every home is built with bricks or cement blocks. But… the weather is different.

Castroville is a very charming little town. You're definitely out in the country at the foot of the Hill Country but not out of reach of San Antonio. I adored it. If you live there you WILL frequent the French bakery there. It's inevitable. LOL. Too good to pass up.

Robert!! I was blown away by this video!! Your walkthrough of this home was absolutely astounding!!! Every inch of this home just says elegance and has a sense of peace written throughout the house!! That master bathroom was mind blowing!!!!! I don't think I have ever seen such an amazing bathroom designed in that fashion!!! Kudos my friend on that walkthrough!! Your every attention you put during this walkthrough was absolutely amazing!!! And to the woman whom complained about you taking too much time during your slowly showing each room of the home!! Her comments doesn't deserve any attention!! I like that you actually slow down and show each room with attention to detail!!! This is the kind of home I want to purchase in three years!!!

If I were you sir, I’d delete all of the narrow minded, ungrateful, complaining comments. Some people… you just can’t satisfy no matter what. I Appreciate what you’re doing in showing off these gorgeous homes up for sale. You’re simply doing your job, in the way you naturally feel fit to. “Too slow”… etc, don’t pay the complainers any attention on that (you don’t even have to respond to their complaints.. there’s no obligation for that). If you start moving the camera faster, I guarantee you there will be a group that will complain that “you’re moving too fast” 😄… etc, etc. Anyway, keep-up the great work, sir.

So this is an award winning home plan? The two walls of glass windows. In the Family room. It's overdoing it in my opinion. It would feel too exposed to me. I like rooms to be enclosed providing a cozy feel. All those windows will make me feel as If I'm setting outside. In my home I want to feel covered and protected. Covered and protected from the elements and prying eyes of neighbors.
