This is a big, and beautiful home. But I think for this price it should at least have more of a pantry, bathrooms should Not all look the same, and it should have a pool/ jacuzzi, for the lot is big enough for it..

I live near these houses...theyre a sight to look at when u drive by... This is a beautiful house. Nice floorplan, modern look and big bedrooms, but at $1.7M I would need at least a basement or a 3rd floor

You did a great job showing this home, sis. My only request would be to have seen the entire outdoor space as well. The pantry could have been bigger and a pool and jacuzzi are needed near that outdoor patio area. This is a very beautiful floor plan. Thanks for sharing!

This is the second one that’s my favorite. Man…there are hitting out of the park. I LOVE that all the bedroom have big walk-in closets, and I’d make the biggest upper level bedroom and mail bedroom as well. I’m surprised to say this, but I’m loving the black decor. Very well done.

The home is aesthetically and structured nicely. The features and bedrooms are spacious and closets are fitting and spacious. I like how the bathrooms are unique and have individualized features although some similarities. I like the double garages on each side of the home and the excess parking for guests. The gate adds classiness and safety. Beautiful property for living and entertaining.

Home theatre? Fixtures don’t reflect that Luxurious high-end vibe. Most items ere are seen on townhouses in the mid $5-6 hundred K price point. There’s nothing outdoors? No pool,hardscape/outdoor grilling area etc,etc @ $1.6 M?….Nah!

Beautiful home. I love the large bedrooms. It has a modern look, but it's not cold and sterile. I think a basement should have been included at that price point. I love the yard. It offers some privacy.

Perfect home, white and black every where it's my style of house ! Finally a home with space between homes you have some privacy . Good home. But homes without a basement (which may be unfinished) are almost always less in demand. The lower floor is an asset when it exists (unfinished) then to be completed when you need the area then. In the home shown there was no basement. This deficiency can be noted.

Beautiful home, but the wooden fence is a fistraction and needs to be paintet black! The black fence and the home are too beautiful to even have the wooden fence mixed in. If the fencing company was out of stock then I see why the wooden fence is being used. However, it needs to be painted black!
