The Russel Westbrook thing is a comparison of that life and Dicky's. Russel had his life on the farm but discovered balling and turns out he's great at it. Dicky had his life in an office job but discovered rapping and turns out he's great at it.

This song is a metaphor. The first part is all about him testing all of his skills as a rapper and then, in the second part, he’s creating a scenario where Russell Westbrook grew up on a farm, where he had no higher aspirations until finding the court. And then he knew that he had found him. It’s about finding what you’re best at and pushing it to the limits

I think he used Westbrook for this analogy because Dicky is a fan of him. In Dicky's basketball video he is wearing a Westbrook jersey.
