I love beef tongue too, it has a "beefier" flavor than some other cuts of beef. Also, just came back from a SJ business trip yesterday. Went to a place called Hao Hao Pho near SJSU, you guys ever try that out?

Oh definitely! Also the beef tongue has that bouncy texture to them haha and we haven’t tried Hao Hao Pho yet, would you recommend it?😁

@@j-ngoc I would recommend. I only had the beef stew and bread and really liked it. Next time gonna try the pho or shaken beef & fries (trying to find places that have bo ne or something similar.)
