Hi, welcome to cooking with mama A's
In today's video I'm going to show you how I make a bread stuff with meat that won't last long on the table after you finished frying them. It's very crunchy and puff, it doesn't deflated, doesn't taste greasy. Great for snack, my son actually took it to school for lunch. You can add any kind of vegetable or meat you like for the filling (Made it how it's going to be comfortable for the families)

*Ingredients for Dough
1 1/2 cups Bread flour
1 TBSP Caster sugar
1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Yeast
120 ml Milk ( adjustable, more or less)
Some oil for deep fry
*TIPS:
when measure the flour, just scoop the flour and scrap of the access on the top (Don't pack or push the flour tightly in the cup, this might cause dough to be dry)
*If the dough is too dry, just add tea spoon at a time.
*Ingredients for Fillings
1 cup Ground pork
1/2 cup carrot mix with corn
1/4 cup Onion
1 Shallot
Some green onion
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP Vegetable oil
