Crammed in like sardines at Camping Platz, but would we last the distance? Would there be enough to do, to out weigh the cramped conditions?
This Video is Part 4 of our Touring Europe (Sept 22) in our Caravan Series with our Bailey Unicorn 5 Cabrera, this is the first year travelling abroad in our caravan and we are making the most of it!

I was the one who recommended you do the round trip and I'm glad you done it and liked it, I had forgot the chair lift part with the wee dog but you got down, it is a lovely place and we have been several times the drosselgasse can get very lively and seeing your vlog brings back a lot of great memories, Looking forward to your next one in Holland, All the best Robert, Carolyn & ellie the black lab.

Loving your videos mate, very relaxing. Can we get a caravan tour please of your set up. We are looking to upgrade ours as a lot of our living space is in awning and a pain to set up.

Hi Greg, I agree awning are a pain, best thing we did was buying a canopy! We keep meaning to do a review, but keep forgetting (whilst the van is tidy!!😂🤣) We go away in UK soon, so will try and get one done! Cheers for watching and commenting Graham & Claire

Really enjoying these videos of your touring holiday. Nice to see a caravan being used for touring, as you say there are always lots of campervan/motorhome examples. Giving me and Mrs J some inspiration. Can I ask about the rollout awning? How have you found it? Which one is it? Cheers, David

Thank you so much, we really wanted to proof to ourselves and others that it is possible to use the Caravan as a touring Caravan, also, I get bored after a few days at the same place!! the canopy is a Thule Omnistor and it features a little bit in our next video where I do a Caravan review! (once I edit it anyway). we prefer the canapy to an awning, much easier to put up and take down and still feels like you are in the open air, if it get too cold we put on an extra layer or go indoors. @@caravanbatters Thanks for the speedy reply and for the canopy info. Had a look at the Thule as well as the Fiamma and Kampa rollouts at the NEC. All 3 looked very similar. Looking forward to your caravan tour 🙂

Hello. Thank you for your content. I am really enjoying watching. A really genuine question...we have a motorhome currently but have had caravans. Do you think this trip would be be easier in a motorhome than caravan?

Hi J Allin, firstly we have never owned a campervan/motorhome so this is probably a bit bias! We don’t think it would be any easier in a motorhome, but if I do say so myself 🤣 I’m doing OK at towing the caravan, the only thing maybe would be you can go faster when not towing! But we like the extra room in the caravan and having the car to drive around when we are there! I think it’s all down to personal preference, we will probably also try motorhome at some point in the future. Thanks for watching and commenting Graham & Claire
