The current one has contributed a lot to his kingdom and Ghana at large ( as a traditional ruler with no political power). The filth you’re talking about is all about money, to build a compost plant na money ooo, millions of dollars we’re talking about. So you see, if the Asantehene for instance tells KMA or the head of state about filth, and they claim they have no money what can he do?
