Father Kirby has a special place in my heart. I often think how Christianity is viewed as oppressive because of the rules. But what is overlooked is the freedom we have to follow those rules. Not so with the despots of our days intending to rule without sovereignty and lure us into servitude while claiming to free us from our oppressive religion. “Choose the narrow path” is an encouragement, not a demand.
Fr. Kirby is a true Priest with great faith and a wonderful Patriot as well. May God bless him, protect him and keep him from being cancelled by the enemies in our Church

Today our government, the democrat party and the cowardly republicans are as dangerous to our nation's liberties as are terrorists and the Chinese Communist Party. Maybe more so.
I'm happy to run into Fr. Kirby and several other priests like him on YT during this. I just wish my local parish and Diocese would be more like them, sadly they are not.
I'm in Tennessee. My parish Priest started a recent homily by telling the congregation how much he appreciated some of the people in the church while others he would like to kill. I changed churches.
@@ek737 Live in the SF Bay Area, so we have something in common. I don't think they are fully aware of the gaslighting that they are doing on my end. Some of the agendas are put in the homilies too much about doing the "right" thing and remember the pastor saying people are "stupid" and "arrogant" for trying to live. Its disturbing really that they fell this far...I actually get it when people say "God first."

May I share it here. “What is real freedom to you? To do whatever you want to do? No matter what? Who offers real freedom? What kind of freedom are you fighting for? These are the questions you need to answer and you will experience real freedom. The TRUE FREEDOM comes from Me and not from this world.”

That was awesome Father I could not agree more. I was Ronald Reagan said, “ Government is the problem. Government should fear of the people; the people should not have to fear the government.” And also I think that one of the big problems today is that we do not know anymore what freedom means. Freedom is not the right to do whatever you want but freedom is the obligation to do your duty and to do what’s right. Ian order to preserve the democratic republic.

Jesus did not come to earth to pursue happiness. He came to alleviate suffering. He transferred the suffering of others to himself. Any who build their house, their White House on the foundation of the pursuit of happiness, has built their house on the foundation of sand. Follow Jesus, go out into the world, and alleviate the suffering of others. This is the truth. This is the path to a place in glory with your father and your family.
