Alex is arguing that if people subjectively agree with each other that they don't like rape, therefore rape is objectively wrong. My problem with this is what happens if a group of people subjectively agree with each other that rape is fine, like in Sudan they legalized rape, is rape therefore objectively permissible then? And how is Alex's analogy different than a movie being watched by only 100 people, 75/100 subjectively agree they didn't like it while 25/100 subjectively agree that they did like it. Can the 75 people say the movie is objectively bad or can the 25 people say the movie is objectively good? No of course not. So how does that not apply to Alex's answer as well? Actually you missed his point probably because they didn't include a lot of context to Alex's response before this clip. Alex holds that there is no objective morality. However when you place your morality against a goal say "well being" there are objective facts that correspond with well being. A theist's goal is to do what they believe their alleged god thinks is morally right. That's their subjective standard. I think that when you guys interpret interactions like this as an attempt to attack character, you're missing the valid point being made. The goal is not to try to convince the audience "see? Atheists don't think rape is wrong." We're fully aware, and so is everyone watching with a brain, that atheists know rape is wrong just as well as anyone else does.
