Warlock on other team threw a Penumbral Blast at you and froze you. You can see it come out of his hand at 1:46, He was to the right of the Hunter. Unfortunately perfectly timed for him and terrible outcome for you. One of the many reasons I hate Stasis in PVP. I feel your pain :(
