Given that the western countries themselves are not very good at maintaining the western democracy, why would any non-western country want to impose our "democracy" on their people? Choose the kind of government that best suits you. It's unhealthy to impose the procrustean style of government to the entire world (google Procrustes if necessary)

The best way to govern ourselves is not through Western style democracy. African culture already has democratic systems in place that our ancestor use to govern us. No the presidential or perlimental system of governance or any Western style as it is divisive and promotes inequality and racism.
