i feel very stressed right now. i just joined a new school and that on top of that, i have my home life and my social life that just pile on. all of that together makes me feel extremely anxious. using the 666 breathing technique has helped me so much, i feel more calm instead of panicking. thank you.

Thanks Kerwin. I have been watching this alongside the one on anxiety. I find that even when removed from situations that cause anxiety and stress (such as work) it doesn't help, I get stressed about being stressed and anxious about being anxious. I need to change my perception and remove the stimulus-response cycle.

I have a lot of anxiety and constant worry about what will happen in the future or even in a few hours' time. Interacting with people only make me feel pressured and bad as a person. These videos help me calm down at my lowest points. Thank you so much ❤❤

Wow, I know that my situation is definitively less hectic that everybody elses, but I am a freshman in high school. I started my year in the highest Band level, Honors English, and Honors Biology, which sounds great, but it is the most stressful thing ever. I have been slammed with more summitave assignments than I can cope with, and my ADHD on top of all of that doesn't help my situation. I have been constantly living in a state of stress and panic, and the whole distance learning bullschist doesn't help my situation. This video has helped me deal with stress a lot better than I have been, which is running away from it. Thank you for posting this video, it has helped me a lot. I hope that you have a great life, and that you accomplish all of your dreams :)

@@lindaturcotte7217 I really appreciate it, but I'm seeing a therapist, and I'm already getting help. I have people who love me who are willing to listen to my problems, so I'd say I'm in a better situation than others. Thank you for the offer tho. I might try it out.

I am under so much stress. My Dad has Alzhiemer/ dementia. I am the only child. The breathing 6-6-6 technique is great!

I've watched this at least 10 times over the past few years. It's AMAZING information. Each time I watch/listen to it, it calms me instantly. Makes me feel gratitude - maybe I'm feeling grateful for Kerwin, dunno. But I just feel grateful. Love this.

Life is a business. When I started looking at it that way and combine the two or relate it, I started making progress. The same for relationships. My eye opener when I stepped back from people or the social normals was everything is connected and not our 'ship' titles or classification.

Very helpful, although you have presented these informations in the past in other videos. But this time I looked at it from an other perspective. At the moment I am reading "atomic habits" from James Clear. So the technique of reassesing the cue, the stimulus you present fits perfectly to what Mr. Clear writes in his book. @@KerwinRaeSydney that you can give the things that happen "to you" a new meaning by asking the three questions. And by that I form new behavior / habits. Implementing this technique has made some significant changes in my emotional status during the past week. And I am really, really grateful for that 🙏

My brother is so annoying I cant get anything done. I cant even eat without my family judging me. I'm just so stressed out that I can literally feel it in my chest. I dont know how to get rid of it. I just feel sick. My brother does this purposely to undo my hard work. Like if I clean he will purposely trash the room I clean by throwing stuff at the walls, etc. He will also trash my room, play obnoxious music when I'm studying. I'm just so stressed out.

You have to REALIZE (. And it really sucks but it’s also very freeing!!!!) you are ALLOWING him to control you inside( emotions).......he is triggering you......start NOT CARING......... Let the stress, anger, sadness...just pass thru like waves of energy...... when you learn how to do this, and you do it successfully you will now because you will have peace inside your heart and in your body. Then do the breathing exercise. Once you stop giving your brother the reactions he wants and your family also it will not be fuel for them.......🙏❤️🌿 I wish someone had told me this 40+ years ago!, Life-changing!!

I have this very long story to say. I am in year 7 i'm not gonna say my name or where i'm from but I was in year 6 not long ago as I graduated year 6 I couldn't wait for year 7 I didn't think of it as a jump or to do things that are important I thought of a place to have fun. In year 6 we didn't do much test/exams but when we did in year 6 I was not stressed at all I was just yep I got a test nothing to worry about but in year 7 when we have test/exams I stress the hell out I start crying or I can't focus and when I get a grade I don't want I do the same and it sucks I can't control it and it's because of a reason that no one is stressed about it's because I want to get a good report. In primary school I didn't really care much if I did bad but now in high school I am always stressed nearly everyday I thought it was because my parents would get mad at me but they always told me that no I won't get mad at you stop worrying about that but then I realized that I want a good report because I don't want to look like a failure but once in a 2 tests I was stressed for we got the grade back and it was a pass by 1 percent I was so upset with myself I was trying so hard not to cry but I couldn't help it so I started crying and my teacher saw me and told me these important words tests are not so important in year 7 I'm not saying that you shouldn't care but don't take it to serious you have to think of it as a practice for your final exam. So since that I always thought of that and every time i'm in a test I think of that thought and It works nearly every time. I know this is probably the longest comment you will ever see but you NEED TO READ IT if you are a person that has anxiety over tests.

For you to start to reduce our stress, slow down your speed a bit mate. You're speech is rattling like a machine gun. It's counter productive. No need for that. Give the listener a moment to let the sentences and concepts sink in. Reduce our stress mate. Thanks. ( I played this video at 0.75% speed just to understand you....)
