Raced a Coyote with my LS3 a few years back on I95 in Maine in late fall. Something about the sound of two very different American v8s singing to each other as the sun went down on the coast was just amazing. The race was so incredibly close too it made it that much better.
Faster than the ZL1? In your dreams, maybe. Hellcat vs GT500 vs ZL1 for every generation. Hellcat almost always comes in last due to its weight. ZL1s have always come first
@Jerod Wolford Um, no they do not..not even close ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1zx8-CBtXIs.html 🥱🥱 fake car guys like you need to learn a thing or two
They're both good in they're own way, I wouldn't have a bad day with either. My first choice is the Mustang though, you can't deny that those Camaros are badass!
no one's talking about the mustang 2 bomb and The 155hp 3rd gen that looked and performed like your grandma's grocery getter. the newer mustangs ok tho at least they aren't dodge. Mopar lovers love to talk about horsepower but how much goes to the wheels? the hellcat price really competes with the c8 Corvette, chelby super snake (truck) and the slower chelby mustang
My dad used to have a Plymouth satellite when he was in high school, and he would race mustangs on the backroads in the little farmers town he lived in. He borrowed it a buddy and the buddy stole it. Shame cuz that car would be worth a helluva lot.
@@gtrance3567 that’s big cap bro lmao and I’m not talking stock either this thing was cammed, belted, turboed all that everything but it was a lt4 at the end of the day, I have his @ on insta if you wanna see for yourself
@@elMOODYYI am extremely happy with my 2014 V6 mustang and not saying this you but these RU-vid fools starting get on my nerves I had a badass Super bee charger and was getting talks about why I don't have a scat pack or Hellcat I'm like damn and half the people talking don't even own a car when you go to they channels. They just talking about the homie car he building it's crazy how people work they will try to make you feel bad when they don't have anything
This comment is absolutely facts. I got a 23 LT1 and he has a 21 gt (both catback). Mine was a little louder but his sounded like a lion mixed with thunder definitely put fear in my soul no wonder they kill ppl lol. I love how my LT1 makes pops when i let off but even before i had a Camaro ive always said mustangs are the best sounding V8s.
I like how his channel model is to spread Knowledge and he posts the intelligent interviews instead of trying to make people look stupid for likes! #subbed
@@gtrance3567 your so dumb I don’t want to even argue I’ve never lost to a Camaro in my life the closest is a fbo cammed E/85 Camaro to my fbo w/o E/85 10 Spd that’s a fact
You could nitpick any engine. I used to own a 90s Camaro. Awful engine problems like the optispark issue. In the same regard I also own a 07 mustang gt currently which is known to have cam phaser issues. No engine is perfect.
Why because it's 760 horsepower oh wait Dodge is the first one to do 700-plus horsepower from the factory they're also the first to do 800-plus from the factory in 1000 plus horsepower from the factory and they've been banned by NHRA because of how fast they are and how much better they are
@@gavinburress6080 and true muscle cars ain't supposed to turn there supposed to do one thing and one thing only and that's go down the dragstrip in a straight line it's not meant to be a sports car or a it's mental flex its muscle and look intimidating as all hell going down the and not only that but it's supposed to have stupid power and a big block Ford has a 5.2 l V8 and that's their biggest engine they have that is in a factory production vehicle the only good thing about Chevys is there power plant because they Outlast their bodies because the body's brought so quickly Dodge they're the only true muscle car left or should I say was left because you go back to the 70s or even the late 60s Dodge the only manufacturer that is stayed true to the heritage of a muscle car now I'm not saying Dodges perfect by far am I saying that cuz they got their own little issues as well but who wants a sports car and sit there and call it a muscle car when it's not
@@CyberD4vey First person I've seen actually bring up this issue in this section. Nobody today is just leaving one of these cars stock anymore. The last time I've seen a stock GT or SS was when some two old guys where sitting at a bar just smoking while sitting on the hoods of them.
I have an S550 mustang GT, and you can DEFINITELY go wrong with the voodoo, all the problems with snapping crankhubs and blowing up oil pumps and losing compression especially with reliability compared to a gen 2-3 coyote😂
I like them both but I went with a Mustang because you can't see shit out of the Camaro and the interior is abysmal. Which doesn't make sense because Chevy does great with their truck/suv interiors.
Dude it’s super hard because the Mustang is an original beast having there first car in 1962 called Mustang l which was a concept which featured a turbocharged 4 cylinder and the Mustang ll in 1963 which was also a concept having their first official production car in 1964 either coming a V6 (usually for the ladies) and a V8 (usually for the men who want a muscly beast. Models like the SVO, SVT, Cobra and BULLITT are all examples of legendary mustangs that were worth it. The Mustang then came in BOSS cars like the 302, 427 and more. A special and rare car that not much people know about is the 2004 BOSS 351 which had a V10. An unofficial Mustang is the Long Nose, which is named this because of the long-hood-nose which features a big V12. The main trims featured from 2015-2022 are the Base model-V6 Ecoboost-Turbocharged V4 GT-5.0 V8 Shelby Super Snake- 5.0 V8 Shelby GT350-5.2 V8 GT350R-5.2 V8 Roush Stage 1-3-5.0 supercharged V8 and RTR 5.0 V8. Also, I couldn’t forget the SALEEN Mustang especially the one used in Transformers. Now there are the new models like the Ecoboost, GT and Dark Horse. Of course, the Camaro is a great car especially their LS and stuff like the Hennessy Exorcist (It is a damn great car), HSV Camaro and Walkinshaw Camaro which provide a beast of Camaro. Camaros in the olden days of course had either a V6 or V8 basically for the same reason as the Mustang and is the same option for the newer models except you could also get an eco-like option with a turbocharged 4 cylinder also like the Mustang Ecoboost.
