The total distance from Pokhara to mustang is 159 or 161 km. @ mustang lies at an altitude of 3,840 meters in the North - western part of Nepal. Annapurna & Nilgiri mountain range are extended across the Northern part.
This beautiful land is contracted into 2 parts 1 upper mustang & 2 lower mustang. And Ghandruk is a common place for trekking in the Annapurna range of Nepal. The peaks of Mt-Annapurna, Mt-Machapuchare, Gangapurna & Mt-Hiunchuli can be seen from the village. & it is also the gateway to the poon hill.
