Mustard Green Pickle with Galangal "Kong Chhay" is the easiest recipe. But it's very delicious with left over cooked rice :)

I. Mustard Green Pickle
* To clean Mustard Green
8cup [2L] Water
1/4cup [50g] Kosher salt
* Pickled brine
7lbs [3.2Kg] Green mustard
12cup [3L] Water
1/2cup [100g] Kosher salt
II. Mustard Green Pickle with Galangal
2lbs [900g] Pickled Mustard Green
1 bulb Garlics
3.5oz [100g] Galangal
1/2tsp GSM
(Mono Sodium Glutamate)
6Tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt (optional)
