When I was a stock agent I used to deal with a family who had a Santa bull and Hereford cows, beautiful cattle, so quiet you could literally pat them in the paddock, but when I went to draft their vealers off for market, those young cattle were mad as cut snakes in the yards !!!😂. I reckon you underestimate city folk. I'm a partner in an ADV tourism venture and thanks to TV, youtube, etc, most city folk have a good attitude towards how complex living and working in the desert is. Just look at the popularity of the lifestyle shows.
