What about when a man does it behind his wife's back knowing she said no. For a wife it's divorce which is the worst thing to do and for husband probably forgive and allow them when they do it...not really fair is it.
this just sounds like a way for a guy to coom and not feel guilty. you can't fool God. like, oh well TECHNICALLY it is a marriage so it's not haram. come on, man. just because you call it marriage, doesn't mean it is marriage.
