This is how I cook biryani, everyone like this type of biryani at my home. Please try this recipe and share my experience.
INGREDIENTS of mutton dum biryani -
For marinate-
1kg mutton
1tea sp salt
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Pepper
1bowl beated curd
Mix well all together
Refrigerate for 8hours
For cooking mutton-
3 onion
3 tomato
2 tea sp coriander powder
1tea sp red chilli powder
Marinated mutton
Cook for 40min
For cooking rice-
5 cup premium basmati rice
Soak Basmati rice for 30min
Boil water in big vessel
Add dry masala
Cardamom
Clove
Big cardamom
Javitri
Fennel
Cinnamon
1/2tea sp salt
Lemon juice
