mutton tikka recipe is a delicious mutton recipe...
INGREDIENTS
boneless mutton -1/2kg cut into cubes
for marinated,we need
ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
yogurt-2tbsp
tikka masala-1tbsp
turmeric -1/2tsp
red chilli powder -1/2tsp
coriander powder -1/2tsp
garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
cumin powder -1/2tsp
black paper powder-1/2tsp
kashmiri laal mirch-1/2tsp
salt as per taste
oil-1tbsp
1pinch red color
mix and merinate for 1 hour
Add the marinated mutton in a pan and rost for 10 minutes.
Add a cup of water and cook till mutton gets90%cooked
Then dry masalas completely
In another pan add oil and fry the pieces of mutton
mutton tikka boti is ready!!
