I think gwi is the prince.. He was with her all along helping her all this time to make up with his promise and accomplish her task so she will not go to hell.. Young prince even said in one epi that if theres a next life he will save her even if it cause him his soul.. I think he did something to follow her in after life and become a police to find her.. I seriously hope he's not her mom 😅
