I never watched a kdrama in my life and was never interested in it, but since one of my closest friends ever recommended me to do so i decided to try it out as my first ever kdrama and disappointed i wasnt, the story along with the cast was fantastic, everyone did their roles so well including the villains, you could genuinely feel the evil and the good, you can feel the emotions along with the music, it was perfect and it made my cry 5 times (previous to this kdrama, my record of crying to any type of entertainment was 2 times a row). never had a kdrama impact my life so much, ill start new ones from now on in hopes of finding ones like this
because of this drama many kdrama fans who left before, they’re to kdramaland because of this series. this series really brings out the og fan of kdrama, plus the ost for this series are so good. im so happy for the hype that this drama gets national or international both well deserved the recognition
So true! Peers around me also continued indulging in kdramas all because of Queen Of Tears~ Including of me, I previously stopped watching kdramas as the range of genres started getting smaller with repetitive plots..and decided to watch cdramas instead.. However, after having a sneak peek on some clips of Queen Of Tears. I am determined to return to watch this..additionally because theres two of my favourite celebrities :)
Totally agree with you. The only two Kdramas I thoroughly enjoyed last year were Business proposal and My Name. After that I was in a terrible Kdrama slump. I'm so glad that Queen of Tears brought me back to kdrama world again! ❤
Queen of Tears is my favorite drama even though I have watched only three episodes. The story is fresh and amazing, and the cast is simply fantastic. and dont forget about the Ost. Overall, everything are SO PERFECT. It's hard not to fall in love with it.
It's giving me a roller coaster of feelings, there are scenes where I cried, laughed, happy and in love😭( i was crying at laughing at the same time when Hyun Woo was talking to the psychiatrist and also when he was reminiscing their past and remembered Hae In saying "All you need is me, I won't make you cry😭)
Short translation for the bridge: "Hold me, someone please hold me Stop me, before I forget myself and run to you Because I don't know how to forget you I don't know any path without you" It's exactly how Haein thought in the last scene of ep 4 but finally she couldn't hold herself back and run to Hyunwoo :(( What's a wonderful drama from the script, the cinematography, the cast and even the OST!
I feel like the QOT OST album will be like the Goblin one where all the songs are seriously phenomenal and like all of the A-list artists are singing on it. Can’t wait to see all the awards given for this album.

Hae-in doesn’t want to show her emotion cuz she felt guilty and think she has no right to cry. Meanwhile he pissed about the fact that she is not showing any emotions. Just “Lack of communication “ almost destroyed their love. But am so glad he sat and spoke in last episode. She might be pissed about the divorce but in deep down in her heart she knows that she love him. wah the ending of ep 4 simply made me fall in love with this ost.. such perfect song for the scene i'm in love with heize's heavenly vocals that holds so much emotion ❤
dunno why but when i saw this scene in ep1, i felt hard for both of them :((( they obviously still love each other but the way they express their love is wrong :((( so hard i felt when seeing Hae-In stayed up all night to wait for Hyun Woo to come back home. She cared him so much!
They express their love in wrong ways but it's understandable (after watching ep 4). I feel so hurt for them. Their situation from back then were very difficult to take, which led them from being lovey-dovey to be very distant to each other. I really hope their feelings for each other will rekindle against all odds.
Hae in doesn't like to express herself because of her past trauma. I think many sad things also have happened between them which are slowly revealing that has traumatized hae in more and more making her colder. Each episode makes me cry when it is shown how deeply in love they were in earlier and now it seems like they are in some contract marriage

The scene with both leads standing on opposite sides of the door, coupled with this song, broke me. This is by far one of the best songs I've heard all year.
I cried so hard on Ep 4 ending when this song was played. Everything was so perfect. The acting, the cinematography and the musical scoring was the best! I swear I replay that scene many times and still cry everytime. I am sooo hooked with this KDrama. It is beautifully written. The best in 2024! Can't wait for the weekend.
their chemistry is impeccable and this OST is icing to the cake 🎀✨ love Kim Soo Hyun's and Kim Jiwon's acting. They portray all emotions so beautifully, their pain, a failing marriage with lingering feelings and so much more. Can't wait to see more of them together ❤ absolutely great casting

So many metaphors in this series ❤ the most memorable for me was Soo Hyun saying that the king sized bed felt too small for the two of them while Ji Won reminded him that there was a time when they shared Soo Hyun’s small bed before they get married. I think it symbolized brilliantly how Soo Hyun felt about their marriage.
I wish so much that we could've got another Epilogue next week showing us that she recovered her full memory. That would made this drama, my favorite of all times. If she didn't remember, is bittersweet to know all she felt for him was gone.

I'm not a fan of Heize but this changed my perspective. The song and her vocals suited the scenes where it was played so darn well. I can't help but shed buckets of tears. The drama lived up to it's name.

Her voice is so soothing, makes the pain feel so gentle but in the end it still eats up your very fragile soul. If you're here long enough and let the pain slowly touch the heart, there is no way out at all.
Last scene of ep 4. When i hear heize's voice and the scene, its remind me of raining scene in iotnbo. Heize ost just suit so much with queen of tears. I cry a lot

love all the plot twist each episode. You will finally need to accept the craziness of the scripwriter ideas about that so call typical kdrama married life into those mind blowing twist! Those main lead always bright and not easily fall into traps! lOve this so much. They nailed it! thank you for made me crawling back into kdramas after such a long hard time finding the best kdrama to worth watching these days...
