After a long wait, Hyomin’s third album and her first digital single album was finally released.
The title track “Mango” is a pop based on minimal synth sounds, showing its unique melody line in harmony with 808 bass sound. The lyrics are also unique and novel, as they compared the subtle emotions between a new couple and a complicated psychology of dating to the fruit “Mango”. Not to mention that she compared the taste and shape of “Mango” to herself, the English word “Mango” was also interpreted as ‘Man, go!’ This makes the listeners feel thrilled and satisfied as it looks like representing the current generation to proudly express themselves.
