Meanwhile in an alternative universe : Pledis treated them right and they got big in a short amount of time and even became one of the biggest girl groups along side with twice and blackpink winning award after the other. And they looked back at those days where they were about to disband and laughed about it My poor girls I want them back so badly .they deserved better :'(

zero exaggeration: these were some of the most talented girls that had ever come out of the kpop industry. like i seriously cannot undersell the passion, drive, musicality these girls had. they were personally involved in every song they created, which was SO rare for 7+ member groups at the time. pledis fumbled so hard, these girls could have been on levels of gfriend or oh my girl, maybe even girls generation. they even won rookie of the year at MAMA when it actually still mattered :( such a shame. pledis is amazing at recruiting, terrible at managing

I'm really disappointed with Pledis for not giving them a full group comeback in more than a year, I don't know if they are waiting Kyla to come back or they're waiting Kyulkyung to finish her chinese schedule but I've been a HIgh since the debut and I'm hungry for new music by them, I know Pledis debuted their first sub unit this year and to this day I listen to get it almost like everyday but I miss Seungyeon soo much... I hope they don't give up on Pristin like they did with After School, I don't want them to depend on a reality show to get exposure back. 7 out of 10 members of Pristin were on the first season of Produce 101 when they were still trainees, Wee Woo was almost a hit and Pledis just did everything wrong after their successful and promising debut, now it will be hard for Pristin get the recognition they had back, I just want to see them with 10 members again, I'm tired of waiting... #bringkylaback

The fact that Nayoung and Jieqiong sign up to be in a girl group with prediction to last at least seven years yet in reality only three years divided into two groups. Gaeun said she wanted to join the new group after After School yet both would have the same outcome for her. Only two group promotions until disbandment. Yunjin is the only lucky trainee outta the ten girls including E-Young and Gaeul. She did had return back to the US defeated, but waited a few months, for Source x Hybe to re-rectuit her as a main vocalist. She is the luckiest female trainee from Pledis (now Source) since 2011. As for the four girls that form Hinapia, they didn’t really consider whether their fanbase is strong enough. Eunwoo, Rena, Roa and Yuha are talented but aren’t known well like Jieqiong and Nayoung. Their redebut was just set to fail from the start. Outta the ten girls, the super group would be Nayoung, Jieqiong, Siyeon, Roa and Eunwoo. They would kick ass. All ten are great, it’s just Pledis gave up. There might be internal issues but we will never know. I haven’t seen any new updates from Fromis 9 so they really suck at managing every girl group so far.

Pledis slacking. Give them descent variety/reality show, have them go to a foreign country and play around... doing reality show like "one fine day" or something. They got talent and charisma, pledis need to trust and invest on them. They need a lot of exposure.

I remember waking up at 5am to watch this masterpiece, I was so excited and even cried when Sungyeon hit that high note. I felt Pristin was going to be BIG, but Pledis keeps pushing them back... Kyla is one of my biases and I’m still waiting for her, but there’s so many groups coming back without one member or just releasing new sub-units. I wish they would trust these girls more, promoting them with reality shows or some new project. Even though I have faith they’ll comeback at some point, it just hurts to see them at Pledis basement learning random choreographies and hoping for better days. I miss my babies so much, my favorite group of all the time. ☹️

Here is a weird pattern I have been noticing within the last few years regarding post-I.O.I girl groups! 2018: Pristin's Xiyeon steps down from the MC position for MBC Show Music Core and then Pristin disbands 16 months later. 2020: Gugudan's Mina steps down from the MC position for MBC Show Music Core and then Gugudan disbands seven months later.

I'm pretty sure that Pristin is going to gradually change their concept from cute to something a little more mature, possibly when all of the members turns 18 (international age). Kind of like 17, I hope they get a fresh concept.
