As a regular on the Surrey, I can confirm that she is a sound and fast ship, considering the vessel is 50 years old, and is still operating daily service multiple times a day is mind-boggling. Unfortunately, it seems that the Surrey is in her twilight years, I've heard there are plans to phase out the fleet of C-Class ferries in the mid to late 2020's. Regardless of when she leaves service, it will be sad to see her go, as I have many fond memories of sailing on her.
