VDO is proven what I've been claiming for decades... It's no such running as top tier characters if you're willing love, practice, resource, patience, ➕ trails & errors into the game as a whole... I'm so glad I came across this channel.
I have never known that Rogue's power drain literally gives no stat bonus if she uses it on Dan, that is how committed they were to him being a "weak" character 😂😮
That's incorrect, actually. You get "Life Up" if you power drain Dan. The thing is, Life Up only shows up if Rogue has any red recoverable bar on her life bar. As you saw in that first match, when Rogue drained Dan, she had no red on her life bar, so the message never showed up.
Rogue gets a boost from everyone but herself. Dan and a few others gives her life up but it's only when it's a red bar. If she has no life gone and no red bar to replenish, then she gets nothing.
VDO’s consistency and faith in his team has kept me coming back. He doesn’t change after each loss. Not that changing characters is a bad thing. I just appreciate that VDO is consistent throughout trying to overcome top tier teams.
